There seemed to be an issue with my on line appointment, but the service reps went well out of their way to ensure I was in and out extremely quickly. I have been very happy with every visit at this location.

Even though there was a mix up getting a seat cushion changed out turns out that the first seat they fixed needed it. But the service department bent over backwards to get my original seat cushion changed. Matthew was more than helpful and made me grateful that I own an Outback. Thanks to everyone who helped me.
