I went to the Sonic in Irving Texas on Walnut Hill, order a chili cheese coney and corn dog. Pay for my food and open my corn dog and it’s a half smoke cigar in the wrapper with the corn dog. Take it back to window and the young lady say oh. I ask for the manager name along with the number to Corp. Then a rude man comes to window saying we cooking you a fresh corn dog. I’m like no that’s not it, I need the number to Corp. He say 1-800-Sonic, which we know that’s not the number. I asked him to write the number down he says you can remember that, and closed the window in my face. So I will remember it when I call the health dept tomorrow and let them know that apparently they are allowing their cooks to smoke while preparing food.

How sad it is that you advertise to give "free" treats to teaches and staff but conveniently leave out that you not only have to download your app but you have to BUY something in order to get a "free" item. So not cool!

Yall really need to do something with the sonic in keene. Everytime I go they get the orders wrong. Got a caramel fudge sundae and no caramel and a drop of fudge, got a cookie dough bust and all it had was vanilla ice cream. I got 2 more bust and they were very stingy with the add on. It wouldn't be a big deal except it's every single order. I am boycotting sonic everywhere. All the employees seem like rejects.

I used to Love sonic. Now in order to get the daily specials you have to order from the app that’s not right. I’ve been a customer for years now. I rarely go. Also your website doesn’t state that you have to use the app to get the specials. That’s false advertisement.

Carhops starting rate is only 4 per hour and rely on tips for most of their income, and tips can vary from location to location. Stores don't have many ways to cool off when it gets hot during the summer and it is really easy for carhops to overheat with all the car radiators adding to the heat. Carhops are expected to give excellent customer service despite being overwhelmed with orders coming in, rude customers, fatigue, and heat exhaustion. Drive-thrus are a mess and very unorganized. It doesn't tell you which cars have which orders so you are forced to go to every car in the line and ask whose order it is instead of delivering at the window. To be honest the drive-thrus only slow the process when there's a rush and makes working that much more stressful. I know customers aren't privy to most of this but the people who work at these restaurants are not afforded much patience or grace from customers who could easily go somewhere else if they are unsatisfied with the wait time. It's not all bad working at Sonic but it is exhausting and work goes unappreciated by managers and customers alike.

I went to sonic on John T White last night and the services was HORRIBLE the kids did not greet. When I got to the window the lil girl didn’t speak and I got footling coney dog with hot fries I had to wait like 8-14 min for my order was not told anything I know the fries take about 2-3 but they just walking around talking really loud using horrible language and I can hear them they one team member goes out the back door come though side door I am still waiting . They was BERY RUDE. The coney dog cheese when I got home looks like it was scrap from bottom of pan then they put regular American cheese and melt it to make enough. It was like 11:40pm this was HORRIBLE . Sonic services is horrible now

I normally like the Sonic in Wylie. Not this time. Ordered online. Food should have been ready when I got there. 15 minutes later they bring out my order. They didn't give me all the food I paid for and it was cold. I tried to call. No answer. I tried to find a place to talk to someone online. Couldn't find a place. I had already went over my lunch time. Couldn't go back. Very dissatisfied.

Tehoma Ridge Terrible location now! Tots, eggs and bacon were cold! After all this, we noticed it's 7am and trash cans were full from previous day. We're not coming back to Sonic till you get it together!

Doesn't even deserve any stars. Everytime I order employees are rude. Girl refused to take my order just because I wanted only a soda. Called me fat and said I could go without. All working there are kids.

Got home with my burger, and it looked like someone painted the walls yellow and and used my bun as a paint brush. Bit in the bun and mustard squirted out the other end. They are not answering the phones.

Every time I come to this location there are issues...I have to wait 20 minutes after pushing the red button for anyone to answer... this is ridiculous.. then when I place an app order. I still have to wait to get my order after they play catch up (as they call it)... or I have to call the location for they to tell me I have to wait for them to take care of the customers who were before me...I thought that was the purpose of the app...to avoid the line. Hate this location... Central Dr. In Bedford...

It's around 8:14 pm on a Monday. Placed my order lg blue boy a number one combo. Waited about 10 minutes before realizing my order never showed up on the screen. I pushed the red button and asked if my order was placed . He check asked if I am in stall one I replied yes . Then he said no order so he took my order. Every time I come sonic my order is wrong . My question is who is training these young kids ? Is there no adult supervision.?

It is 10:50pm on a weekday evening, and I just received a text from Sonic about new shake flavors. I thought they had to observe FCC regulations about when to contact people too. Not cool Sonic, not cool.
