I made a mistake. Then, I made a second mistake selecting this company for an IID. Run don't walk. The equipment is fickle and hard to use. Took a month to figure out and it was one hell of a ride. Rolling retest time out is the most dangerous. It time outs for seceral minutes until device decides its going to allow you to retest. Then there's the false violations. $75 a pop ! Haven't had a drop in four years but don't hear the device sometimes. FL without ac. Disable American Vet on fixed income and two kids college and high school. Many folks tell me I should have went with Intoxalok. Easier device that allows retakes even after missed rolling retest I am told by many. Cheaper also they say.Run, don't walk from this company. You can never get a customer service representative to boot. To all the Vets out there, and we stick together, black flag this place and let everybody know.

Matty was the most helpful person I've ever spoken to with this company. They would be much more successful (and liked) with more people like Matty. He was very clear and concise, as well as answering any questions I had. Thanks a ton Matty!

This location sucks! I don’t even know why they have it listed as an open location! Made my drive down here for nothing, people aren’t working, they won’t even open the door for you. I tried calling and they won’t answer calls!

Rebecca Brito in payments had no mercy and wouldn't listen. I told her more than once she over charged me $135 but she said she didn't and pay up. I called corporate and they immediately said YES I was over charged and removed it. When she called again I told her and she was arrogant. There are other companies you are the only ones.

No FAKE review here. Worst customer service ever! The devices screw up and your stuck paying towing and not being able to get to work! Tarrant County should have never signed a contract!

Paid my $70 for the calibration on the 10th. Box removed on the 17th. I called for a pro rated refund of $56. "We don't do that." However, Drager Interlock does. Thieves!

I have never used or ever heard of this company and constantly harassed by Rebecca Brito from Smart Start saying my account is over due ? she is un able to provide any information toward what account I have, what I owe or even why I owe it.. This from what I read is an American company the installs breathalyzers in vehicles which I do not even have one!, and I don't even live in the united states. Constant e-mail every couple of days. This needs to stop. I have gone to may local bank and creditor to see if I owe anything and nothing comes up. This is a scam and needs to stop filling my e-mail in box.
