“It has the largest selection of ski pants and jacket in the area.Grapevine is my favorite location of that store. Other places don’t carry such variety of snow accessories. I used a clearance event and was able to buy a high quality jacket and ski pants. The selection of the snowshoes, gloves, socks it’s worth your trip.”

The store is also clean and smells good. The workers are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of styles, patterns, to choose from. The offer is buy one get one with an orange tag half off. Good place to go if you love vans. They have apparel as well .”

“Although footlocker doesn’t carry the shoes that I wear on my messed up feet. I still love this store for the shoes I buy for my kids. This particular footlocker in Grapevine Mills mall may be the cleanest and most well organized, well stocked footlocker that I’ve ever been into. They were quick to honor my military discount. We even had a few laughs. I definitely recommend this foot locker.”

“THANK YOU JAYLA. After having a terrible experience at foot locker shopping for my kids. We stepped in this kids foot locker. Was automatically greeted from behind the register. We did some shopping and the young lady came from behind the counter to offer help. As more customers came in. She was all over the place helping everyone and still handling the register. After about 20 minutes of shopping, she got everything we needed within minutes! As I was in line to pay I did see another employee come out the back. He was probably helping her look for shoe sizes back there that’s why he wasn’t on the floor. But all together! Amazing service! Will definitely come back to spend more money here! “Our experience on BLACK FRIDAY at Steve Madden located in the Grapevine Mills mall was a really good one. Nehki (Kai) was on point from the moment we stepped into the store and until we left. The personalization she gave in ensuring our experience was a pleasant one was phenomenal. She was quick to grab the shoes needed and to make a suggestion if the shoes we wanted was out of stock. She was professional, patient and maintained a great attitude throughout the entire time.I would also like to give a special shoutout to Lucero (Assistant Manager) who was equally as professional, patient, kind, and engaging. As with Nehki (Kai), Lucero went above and beyond while assisting us during the checkout process and with our online order. She remained patient and never made us feel rushed or as if we were an inconvenience.
