I relocated from Chicago and encountered some issues with my Cadillac ATS. I discovered this dealership near my workplace at DFW Airport and requested a loaner car each time I brought my vehicle in for repairs. Although I received a small Cadillac XT4 a few times not to my liking. I found the dealership to be overpriced on parts and labor, and I spent more than $2,000 on repairs. As a result, I decided to switch to a brand new Volkswagen SUV and recommend Frisco Volkswagen for their excellent customer service and more durable cars. Despite owning Cadillacs for almost a decade, including a few Escalades, I experienced transmission problems with all of them. Cadillacs are crap. Also to add why do you have to wait so long when picking up your car. Each time I picked up my car I was waiting for almost 30 to 45 mins. I've noticed other customers waiting as well. What's up with that? The customer service is on the negative side with no sense of urgency. Either they are really slow or just brain dead. I was disappointed to find that my car was returned to me without a complimentary wash every time. Despite not purchasing my car from their dealership, I believe that as a Cadillac owner, my vehicle should have been treated with the same care as any other customer's car. It was frustrating to receive my car back in a dirty state each time. Just a list of negative things as I could go on...

Had an excellent experience with Sewell. After initially going to a deferent dealer, I stumbled onto Sewell. Lucky that I did because this was by far the best buying experience I’ve had. Very pleased with the Escalade that we bought from them.

This is our 2nd vehicle with Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Daniel Tu pulled off a miracle for our family. He searched far and wide and found the perfect vehicle for us. Daniel worked extremely hard for us, on our current vehicle and the 1st Cadillac we got. Daniel is extremely professional and personable. He really does want to get you a great deal along with having a great experience at Sewell. I will always buy my cars with Daniel Tu at Sewell in Grapevine. Thank you Daniel.

Not sure what is going on with this company but I am highly disappointed with their service department. I took my car in for an oil change. Service advisor xxx stated they found oil leak. No ride or loaner car, so they sent me home with Lyft. I did not get a car or any update with my service advisor. I called the next day and he was busy with other customer. He texted me that the car would be ready that day or early tomorrow. Ok. Service advisor did not call the next day or this Monday. I had to call. I am told he is busy with customers. I finally get a call back and now the oil leak that is supposed to have been done Saturday is now a major oil leak and the labor is so intensive. although, I never had a ground oil leak or any smoke or problems with the engine light or anything else! Ok. He asked if I would need a loaner car. I said yes if you plan on keeping my car any longer. He said I will have to check with the repair guy to see how much longer and would give me a call back. although, he told me it would be done today (9/26). I have yet to receive a call back. When I called the next day he was again busy with other customers. I asked to speak to the service manager and of course they are busy with customers. I don't know what I am to grapevine "But" definitely not a "customer". I still have not received a call back. If I have this service advisor again I will never return to grapevine and Lord I hope they haven't screwed up my car. I have not had any issues before this visit.Update:I definitely have to give my respect to any site that does everything to resolve your issues and Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine went Beyond my expectations and I definitely appreciate that and their service. The service advisor truly went out of his way to ensure I was and am receiving notifications. I don’t have my car back yet but I’m now confident that it will be returned better than before.

I recently purchased a used Suburban from Sewell and was beyond impressed. The young man, Jake Eisner, that helped me was top notch. I've always heard the ads that you're a Sewell customer for life and I can see why. I believe his manager, Benton, was the one who handled my loan and he was also fantastic. Great experience and will definitely look here first for the next purchase.

Update: they changed my wipers at no cost. Hopefully after I pick up my car I will only have to bring it back for maintenance and not things that should have been done with the prior to sell to customer inspection.Update: car was purchased 8/25/23 in the shop again for radio now they tell it needs wiper blades. But they inspect all of these vehicles prior to selling. How do I need wiper blades and I have not had the car for a month ?Response from technician when I ask this question-It will be ready tomorrow afternoon! Right now the wipers are just streaking, they are not torn or anything. The Certified inspection passes as long as they are fully intact and not torn or deformed at all.Oh so SewellWill sell the car and if they’re about to need to be replaced in less than a month it’s on the customer. Great Sewell customer service.Update : now as of yesterday computer screen is frozen and can’t touch anything . Scheduled my second service and have not even owned the car 2 weeks. We are on a row here.Do not buy a car from here. I purchased a used 2021 Cadillac CT4 prior to signing for this vehicle I told the salesman Grant on a Tuesday I would come Friday to sign the paperwork. I also purchased the car that the salesman was driving as his demo. On Friday when I showed up to sign my paper work he tells me the car only has one key and he will have to get me another one. I was advised I would need to make a service appointment to get the second key. Then I drive off the lot and notice the steering wheel was off and if you were driving in a straight line the wheel would not sit straight. Then the brakes grabbed really bad. I know newer cars are sensitive when you first get them but it seemed to sensitive. Come to find out when I took it in to service it needed an alignment and per service the brakes did seem off compared to other cars like mine and they would fix them. Mind you the salesman wanted to brush it off like it was just because it was a new car. Mind you I was told that this car along with every car they sale was put through an inspection prior to be put on the lot for sale. I have no clue who did this inspection but whoever it was must have been invisible. My car went straight to service within a few days of me purchasing. My vehicle was in service two days before I even received any kind of update. When I picked up the car when I signed my paperwork I also had to send the car back because it was not cleaned up like it should have been. Mind you this car was for my 16 year old daughter. I should not have to worry about my safety or my childs safety due to a car I just drove off the lot. The whole car buying experience was a pain, save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Up until my last visit and my experience going on now. I am amazed that the person you get transferred to in the service dept and tell EVERYTHING to and very important things BEFORE you make a wasted 6 hour round trip. The person you speak to when you call and whoever helps you when you arrive..... well.. whatever the person said when you called can be totally wrong, not exist, forgot to say, high or whatever needs to be said for you to understand why you made two wasted trips, told that warranty does not cover and you owe, a loaner car is not NOT available. Beware.... b4 u make a 6 hour round trip for nothing and get to drive away LIVID. Beware your service dept calls go to a call center somewhere and you won't know until you make a wasted trip and drive up. You will say what was told to you and they will skate right over it...... terrible

I bought from this dealership 8 years ago and they have made service since the purchase an absolute delight. When needed, I am always offered/given a loaner Cadillac as they promised when I bought 8 years ago. The service technicians are A plus I feel and will likely get me the most miles on my Escalade as possible. I hope to get 12-15 years out of my Escalade and will buy again from this dealership even though I live 350 miles away in Midland, unless the Midland dealership drastically improves. Thank you!!

Sewell Cadillac in Grapevine in a Awesome place. My Salesman Chris was very professional. It was a very easy process to purchase my Cadillac. I've seen the commercials on TV. And now I understand why they say they will only drive a Sewell.

Solid 10 Stars experience. From the moment I called to make a service appointment I realized I was calling the best Cadillac dealer in Texas. I've been driving Cadillacs over 25 years because I love comfort. I'm on the road 4 days per week and have been for years. I've had service done at many different Cadillac dealerships nationwide. My service advisor was Caesar. He provided me with the most amazing experience I have ever had. He was professional, kept me well informed, and he took me on a quick tour to show me around inside. That may not seem like a big deal, but when you're away from home not knowing where something simple like the bathrooms are can make you feel really out of place and unwelcome. So, THANK YOU Caesar for taking a few extra minutes to do that. I wish I lived in Texas to come back. Best Cadillac Dealership in Texas.

My SRX needed a recall service and another repair to my ABS system. They worked with my extended warranty, got clearance for the repairs and even found other problems that they cleared with my warranty service and repaired. All the while, I drove a wonderful loaner car. Complete service and peace of mind. The most pleasurable experience I have had with repairs/service in my 50 years on this earth. Thank you for the wonderful experience and professionalism.

We have purchased several cars in our lifetime. Sewell made the car buying experience painless. Elizabeth was amazing, she assisted us in ordering a vehicle, kept us updated throughout the whole process. And most importantly, she was able to get us our vehicle quickly.At delivery date, they had all the paperwork ready to sign, and we were done within an hour from waking into the dealership. I came in to Sewell for the very first time in December and traded my lease in for a new XT4. I was taken care of by Jennifer Salter. She was knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole process. I ended up in a car that I didn’t love, that didn’t have the features I was promised and she stayed by my side through the entire process of digging to find the car I would love. Sewell made my payments until we finally found the ONE. Yesterday, after 5 months of searching and waiting due to the lack of inventory for certain cars, she delivered my new car. She made the process easy and less straining on me. I am grateful for their dedication to serve their customer and make it right. I highly recommend Jennifer and her team. Thank you to all!

What an experience! We absolutely enjoyed our time at Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine. Jake Eisner, our sales person, was so professional and knowledgeable. No pressure at all. We arrived on Saturday, April 29 around 12-12:30. We were out of there with our new car in about 2 hours. Seamless and easiest transaction ever. They were so nice. We are super pleased with our new Cadiallac. We will be repeat customers.We had no intention of buying a car when we left our house that morning. It was a 90 minute drive to go have breakfast at one of our favorite locations and turned into a trade in and car buying trip! Lol.If you haven’t been to Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine, you’re missing out! The Sewell experience is top notch!Jake was superior.
