Sweet was my makeup artist. I bought a glam package with everything including eyelash application. Sweet’s name matches her personality! She kept great conversation going and it was a fun experience! She is very beautiful and talented. She also went to school to be a professional make up artist! Very impressive! Glam makeovers are 1.5 hours and very worth it! I highly recommend! I looked fantastic for my company Christmas Party! Thank you, Sweet! You’re a gem!

staff were very unwelcoming and seemed quite annoyed to even answer questions about products. I asked one employee to help me with a shade match and she simply refused and said she’d send someone to me in 10 minutes. the other staff member that was sent to me looked at me like I had 7 heads when I asked a simple question and just overall seemed too agitated to even be working. i left with nothing (even though i had a list of things i needed) and don’t plan on returning to this location again

I had an amazing experience with the full face makeup service at Sephora! The makeup artist did an outstanding job creating a subtly glamorous look for a wedding. I was especially impressed by the products used during the skincare prep, and I ended up purchasing several of them. The entire experience was top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Five stars all the way!

Came to the reviews to see if I am the only one that had this experience at this store. Staff is not friendly, disrespectful, and downright snarky. I’ll take the longer drive to another location or wait for shipping, rather than return and spend my money with nasty staff. Obviously management is okay with it because this has been my experience on more than one occasion.

Sara and Jackie walked me through the process of concealing a markup from an injury, they spent a lot of time to help me and my friend. I appreciate the time they put in to helping us and the care while we had no idea what we were doing. Thank you Sara! Raise!

Sara is a top-notch employee who walked us around and went above and beyond to help me do a simple cover-up. She use multiple layers of different products that protected my face, as well as concealed what I was looking to conceal. I highly recommend this location and talking to Sara. Thank you, Sara.

The most unfriendly Sephora I have ever been to!!!If u see cherry don’t ask for help. Becoz she will only make u question ur existence. It’s 2023 and racism still exist!!! It’s kind of a shame.

Jada is so sweet and very helpful! She immediately asked if she could help me find something. Jada quickly guided me to the last Sephora liquid eyeliner. I am so glad I able to quickly get what I needed and I was assisted. Thank you Jada! You’re awesome!

This location is small, stuffy, and never stocked up. Employees talk to you like they’re in a rush. Not a comfortable experience especially catching employees side eyeing you without acknowledging you or saying hi. Was going to buy 2 perfumes and 8 different pieces of makeup but having 3 different Advisors catch an attitude with me made me put my stuff down and walk out. Every time I give my business to Sephora I feel bad about it later. Not this time.

everyone at this location has a horrible attitude (at least the three girls i spoke with). tried this location 3 times and every time i ended up asking myself “why didnt i just order online?” they always make me feel like i’m either stealing or bothering them. very pushy they obviously want to sell extremely bad but are so cold and rude you feel like a burden. they also have no givenchy, dynessa myricks, bobbi brown and more at this location. they barely stock the shelves i came to replenish 3 items and couldn’t find any of them in the shade i wanted. for the limited supply and little room they had these girls all have the snottiest attitudes. ghetto a** location where no one actually wants to help. dont try to sell me a tarte concealer when i came for bobbi brown and then get rude and impatient when i say no.

the employees are very rude and give you dirty look as soon as you walk in. This one employee in particular with black curly hair put her Nike Air Max 97’s on one of the displays and tied her shoe infront of the customers. The people around her did not appreciate this gesture. It clearly interrupted their shopping experience. They shove baskets in your face, if somebody really needed a basket they would go get one. The same employee keeps on bothering time after time even after you say that you don’t need any help which ruins the shopping experience and can be very triggering to people with social anxiety. They care more about people stealing than actually trying to help when you have an actual question!

Great Customer Service!!Walked into the store and was quickly greeted and asked if I needed any help , I came in there looking for a specific item and employee Wendy was quick to help me find it. Will definitely be coming again.

This location is ghetto. It is new and closest to me so I was excited to shop here. Key word: *was* the employees here lack class! I suggest the Southlake location after my recent experience here. My mom purchased a full size cologne and sephora had “20% OFF FULL SIZED FRAGRANCES” displayed all over the store. After she paid, I asked her how much the fragrance ended up being after the discount. She said they did not apply it when checking out. Showed me her receipt and I took it to an employee and she called over her manager. This manager was immediately defensive and kept cutting my mom and I off when talking. It’d be one thing to do that if my mom and I were being loud and rude but we were just trying to get the refund for the discount sorted and she came at us way out of line and raised her voice for no reason at all. She insisted that she was at the register when my mom was checking out and that she did not give an insider phone number so that “the discount couldnt be applied”. I’m baffled by this seeing as both my mom and I have accounts with Sephora. I was not at the register with my mom but clearly my mom wasn’t asked to give her info. People hear her accent and assume she doesn’t know English. She understands it perfectly. Just has a thick accent. Next time don’t discriminate sephora. Not only did this manager lie to my face but, every other location will happily look up our accounts when checking out. On top of her attitude and disrespect towards my mom and I, when asking for my email and number to look up my account she cut me off once again in the middle of me giving her my email and said “UH that’s too fast you type it in” and shoved the phone they carry around in my face. Once my info did pop up she quickly toned herself down and gave us the refund for the discount. Absolutely disgusted by this lady’s behavior. Be kind y’all.
