Sam’s in Grapevine just opened! Got a new tire from the great people at the tire center, went to free car wash and in the line my battery died. Mr Albert and Mr Antwoine walked all the way over from the tire center to bring me a new battery and installed it in the car wash line! Seriously! Above and Beyond. Thank you so much. You guys will have my business forever.

We went in today to buy a pool shed. We couldn't find it and a nice gentleman employee checked and they were still in back. We easily cashed out and picked it up around back Every single employee we were in contact with were knowledgeable and friendly.

Bought my wedding cake here and it was great. It was around $70 and I added flowers and a topper. The lady at the bakery helped me fill out the form. I asked for it all white with textured sides. Would definitely recommend!

I wish I could rate a zero for this club. I have been a Costco member for over 20 years. Their customer service in the tire department is slipping fast so I thought to give Sams club a try. I needed tires for my car and thought to call them to see if the size I need is in stock. I have been calling for 4 days and no one has answered my call. After for so many rings the call gets disconnected. Today I called the member services and they didn't even pick up the phone. I will not do business with them will try to get a refund of my membership fee. God help us.

I'm a Sams and Costco member, I like different things at both places. Sam's has a superior deli meat department, Sam's has lots of deli meat options too. Sam's has some great deals and the scan as you go option is amazing. I have young kids and the scan and go option saves be so much time, I wish more stores had this as an option.

Great variety of products, the only think I never find at this store is the Aloe Vera, wish they would have this available I have always found the store and parking lot clean, the majority of their employees are helpful and with good attitude, the front of the house (registers) could use more people assisting as mistakes would be made and we don't want to wait forever to get assistance.

Smaller Sam's that doesn't always carry as many products, but that's Denton. We get the smaller stores.... great service, though.

Never bother coming here they have poor service, employees don't care about customers. Customer survive is NON EXISTENCE!!!! They can never give you a straight answer always blaming one another instead of finding a solution.It is never brought to the attention of a superior they just make you wait til they don't wanna deal with it.

Excellent customer service they explained me everything. Especially Ryan,Greg and Jamarie they actually take their job seriously they know the importance of having a good warranty on your tires. I'm really Glad they were able to help me .

The ticket scanner just said "Now shut the f*** up" It kinda freaked me out. She stopped me in my tracks. She must have been talking to somebody on the phone whole she was scanning my ticket. She never looked at me so i guess the statement wasn't at me. Sam's it is not cool to cuss your customers as they leave. Thank you for shopping with us is what is expected or nothing. But never "shut the f*** up" Never

The Sam’s Club Website show the Tire Department open at 8:00am for this store location. I just called to make an appointment to purchase four new tires & I was told that department does not open till 10 o’clock.I have to purchase tire somewhere else.
