It's very new and clean and in a very convenient place and it's not crowded and/or a lot of people.

If you're a member - always cheapest gas. When there are attendants, they are friendly and helpful. They keep it fairly clean. Mono directional traffic flow causes lines when busy due to not everyone having a tank on the same side of the vehicle.
