I was helped by the lovely Vincent. As soon as I walked in she welcomed me and helped me with what to buy for my hair. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them and was very knowledgeable about color. Thank you Vincent, you're lovely and you make that store special

Drove almost 20 minutes to get here, as they were one of the few places with the products we needed. Vie (?) was at the front and immediately found me what I needed and made a great suggestion on an additional product that worked out very well (color sealer?). An excellent experience, especially the customer service and inventory selection.

Got here at 5:33 and the store is closed but hours posted on door say 8:00pm on Fridays.This location is out of my way, but it’s always been my favorite, but I won’t be returning since it’s now unreliable as far as being open during its posted business hours.

The beautiful woman named Shy helped me pic a color to die my hair; I’m inexperienced at hair color, and she has been an excellent source of knowledge, an abundance of help, and an absolutely delight to talk to. She not only helped brighten my hair color but she brightened my day.GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!!

The hours says it’s open, but when you call the recording says it’s closed. It’s really not difficult to keep your hours up to date for customers.

This is the cleanest, most organized and best stocked Sally’s I have ever been to. I do not live in the area so I was not sure how long the store had been there. I asked the employee if the store was new because that’s how clean and organized it was. It looked like a new store. The employee told me that the store has been there for around four years. The employees were friendly and helpful. I recommend shopping here and I would definitely shop here again.

Tammy the manager is amazing as well as the sales ladies. It’s nice to know people remember your name . I recently moved to Flowermound and I travel to Euless and Grapevine to go grocery shopping. If you ever need advice about color, treatmentor anything “do it yourself beauty” Tammy and her girls are very knowledgeable!
