I have used RWD Services for 2 slab leaks in my home. I could not be happier with their work. Both times they arrived on time and got right to work. On the first slab leak they took special care in figuring out how my water lines run underneath my house. Next they explored every possible way to re-route the leaking line. They gave me some options and let me decide the way to go. They re-routed the line and restored my water in one day. As expected they had to cut into some walls to reroute the line, but they made the minimum amount of holes. On the second slab leak, which occurred 9 months later on a different line, the results were the same. They even remembered how my lines are run under my house, which really helped in deciding how to fix it.These are big jobs that require tremendous skill and plumbing knowledge, especially on a 2-story home. RWD Services is up to the task. They communicate with you through the entire job. They will respect your home and property. They clean up after the job and put furniture and/or appliances back in place before they leave. They will treat your home as if it were their home.

Top notch service! Highly recommend! My entire sewer line needed to be replaced because I had cast iron pipes corroding under my house. I got multiple bids and interviewed multiple companies. I definitely made the right choice on this. They were incredibly efficient and clean! We were without water in my kitchen for about an hour maybe. And then they did one bathroom at a time so that we were never without a bathroom. The team that dug the trenches were incredibly fast and their work was the cleanest I have seen. They even scalped the grass to be able to salvage it after the work was completed. And when they filled in the holes, they placed the grass back on top and it is already rooting in. The owner came out and walked through the entire project to make sure that it would be as efficient and the least amount of impact as possible before the work ever began. The office staff communicated very well all the way through the project. Every single person from beginning to end…owner/office staff/plumbers/dig crew was helpful, thoughtful, efficient, knowledgeable and nice.

RWD Services is our go-to plumber for our plumbing needs! Once you call in they send someone out fairly quickly to access the situation. Once major emergency issues were mainly resolved and were placed on a hold till work was scheduled. Very professional and top notch technicians. I've worked with Mark and had a great experience. So yesterday when I noticed a hissing sound in my wall I called him immediately. He had Austin and Eli come out that same day. They diagnosed the issue and worked on a resolution. They were able to make the repair yesterday before the end of the day. They were both so knowledgeable and polite! I also felt the pricing was very fair. I would recommend RWD to anyone with plumbing or slab leak issues! Great job!

This company was awesome, and I will definitely use them again. Had a hot water pipe slab leak. Austin and Eli came out and found exactly where it was. They rerouted the line through the walls and attic, and it works great now. They consulted with me on every step they took before starting it. When they were finished they cleaned up everything and then went over all their work. They showed me everything they did and answered any questions I had. I own a Remodeling company. We have used the same plumber for many years until he passed away. We have switched to RWD and love working with these guys. Their prices are honest, and their work is meticulous. I have used them for a 5 or so remodels now, and I am very impressed. I mainly have their plumber Austin on my jobs. I have had inspectors from different cities call his work a “work of art”. I appreciate having someone who cares about the quality of their work as much as I do. When a freeze in Texas occurs, it is nearly impossible to get a plumber right away. After a recommendation, I called this company and they came out the same day to evaluate the work and completed the work the following day. Austin, and Eli were the plumbers that came out to inspect and locate the slab leak. They rerouted the plumbing pipes to keep from tearing into the slab. Their work was excellent. They were experienced and used quality parts to complete the job. To top it off, they kept their work area clean and were professional the entire time. Randy and his team replaced all of the old iron plumbing and moved it to my attic. They were timely with the work, great with their communication, and fair with their prices. The office staff were great about scheduling and helping with coordinating payments. Overall a great experience with an unfortunate plumbing situation. I had the opportunity to have RWD come out and repair a major leak issue under my foundation. After a few different estimates and approaches, from ARS and A1, RWD was selected. They were professional, on-time and more than cost competitive. It was a major undertaking as they had to tunnel 5' down and 20' over under the house to get to the broken pipe. Everyone else wanted to go from inside the house and break thru the flooring, walls and foundation.They found and repaired the broken pipe, backfilled the tunnel and no issues. Since that break, I also had another leak in the yard which they came out and repaired the same day of issue. Gotta love the ground in north Irving, Again very friendly staff. And their costs was significantly lower, 20-25%, than some of the other well known broadly advertised plumbing outfits.I'll definitely use them again for all plumbing needs.Services: Plumbing pipe repair

We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason. All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.

Randy and his team were incredibly trustworthy and professional!! The pricing was very reasonable and their performance exceeded my expectations. This team really cares about the quality of work they do. They did a few extra things to improve my system, which I know they did not have to do, and you could not even tell they were there when they finished. Slab Leak in Tx. These guys re-routed my cold water lines through my attic after a slab leak. It was over 100 degrees outside and most of the work was in the attic.The guys laid down runway lines to avoid dirtying the floors that weren’t damaged from the water. The never took breaks and delivered as promised and with no additional hidden fees.The office staff and owner have been helping me with providing all the detail the insurance company requires for a large repair like this to satisfy the claim for the water damage.I have used their services multiple times and are always my “go to” for plumbing issues.The men who did the work had to contend with my dogs, no one got loose and the guys took time to make sure the dogs were comfortable with them in their space.I can’t say enough good things about RWD. I highly recommend this plumbing companies services.I am a very satisfied customer.

RWD Services will take care of your needs! We had a couple issues that were resolved with some communication, the owner made it right!!! For a recovering cancer patient and a disabled wife, they tried to make the process of sewer line replacement as easy as possible!
