The older lady in dressing room area yelled at my daughter, i was standing closer to the older lady than my daughter was but she chose to yell at my daughter which is entirely inappropriate might want to train on etiquette say something to me not my daughter

Very depleted in stock. In fact customers there thought they were closing down, due to how dilapidated it is. The sales associate 2340151 was snippy when she scrunched up the pretty dress I had purchased in a ball and stuffed it in the bag. I took it out and folded it neatly, she was not pleased. Give this Ross a miss. There are lots of much better managed branches around close by.

I love Ross! I go there for clothes, shoes, bedding, bathroom, kitchen, pet supplies, etc. I always find what I need and at a great price.

The worst experience ever! The African American black women who became a manager by mistake (because I can’t find another explanation ) has no clue what customer service is. I bought some bra and not even trying it on at home decided to return it. I was shocked when she said that she can’t take it back because the tiny piece on the HANGER was missing. I bought it that way. There was original receipt all tags attached to the bra and of course it was unworn. So she made up her own rules which don’t have anything with the store’s policy. Then she said that I didn’t buy it at their local so she didn’t want to take it back. I’m sure there are more accidents with that person but people don’t want to waste their time on complaining about it.

The absolute worst Ross location I’ve ever been to! The manager refused to assist me with an item that wasn’t priced. She told me to ask “Keisha” at the front checkout to discount and price the item for me. I get to the front checkout, Keisha turns to the manager and asks her what price to use! Utterly ridiculous. Prior to this, the mature adult fitting room attendant starts yelling at me for pushing my cart towards the entrance of the area! Literally yelling!!! Everyone was looking at her. Everywhere I pointed it, she said “No!!”I finally told her to take the cart and put it where she wanted it to go. She snatched it and pushed it away. I will never ever patronize this location again!! Horrible customer service!!!

The African American/Black manager that was scheduled on shift on 05/16/24 at around 7 pm was SO RUDE and lacked basic customer services skills which is explains why the whole store customer service is complete trash because she’s not leading by example! If you’re reading this, DO BETTER. The attitude you carry is quite disgusting and unnecessary. It is not good for business at all and I will say once again DO BETTER.

If you’ve traveled out of town to see the city of Grapevine do not visit this store. It is not the same customer service greeting you would normally get. If you have a book bag or large purse you are treated as a thief.

I'm shocked at how many people review Ross stores... This one is pretty great. I've found decent stuff for my kitchen and some great Christmas gifts here as well.The staff are faster at this Ross than most other Ross stores. For that, I'd highly recommend going here.
