I bought a sofa with a 3-year warranty, I came back almost two years with a claim, which I noticed on the sofa. For life reasons it took me more than 30 days to report it. Although it is still under warranty, that was enough for it not to cover by the warranty. This is a little uncomfortable but I understand it, but on the contrary it is enough reason for me not to return or recommend, do not buy at rooms to go.

When I went in I met Jim. I told him I would just roam. He allowed to do just that. It made my shopping perfect. I knew I would roam for awhile. When I made my decision it was a very simple process to purchase.Ask for Jim. He will give you the help you need.

What an amazing experience we had at the rooms to go Grapevine location! Right when we walked in the kindest man Kent came to great us. We are new home owners so shopping for furniture was a big deal to us. Kent was so attentive and listened to all of our concerns and was very personable. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect furniture for our home. The furniture was beautiful, well made, and very reasonable prices. Thank you so much Kent for the best experience we could ask for.

Update: Replacement piece arrived today and delivery person thinks corner piece needs to be replaced. Rooms To Go technician has been scheduled to come out next week.Nice sectional, POOR customer service. Rooms To Go delivered our sectional this past weekend. We liked our salesman and the sectional but one of the pieces was the wrong piece and did not fit. After WE brought it to their attention, they arranged for a replacement , which would have also been wrong (per the picture they emailed ahead). The second time I called customer service I requested if I can buy one more small piece (drink holder) at the original price we paid for a similar piece in the set and have it delivered with the replacement. They refused and referred me to the store, which wanted to charge me the "a la carte" double price plus delivery charges. I think that is very poor customer service considering they screwed up our order twice. I was offering to pay for a 100 dollar piece that a customer service oriented company would have offered to us free to make up for their double screw up.
