I’ve waited to post a review until after I could see my surgery results, but the truth is everything about my experience with Dr Cason has been 5 stars since my first consult! He is patient, thorough, and truly makes you feel comfortable and safe in his care. He answered every question or concern that came up during the process and the results are better than I could have hoped for! This was something I was very hesitant about especially after consulting with other doctors, that left me feeling more anxious or that my concerns were brushed over. Highly recommend Dr Cason, he is truly the best and I’m telling all my friends! ?

Bedside manners were great, he was honest, answered every question, and didn’t sell me on unnecessary procedures. I’m booking with them as we speak and look forward to his results!

Just had an initial consultation with Dr. Cason and got to meet his team and I just wanted to say WOW. We’ve had several consultations with multiple surgeons around DFW, all have been great and made us feel comfortable but the team here went above and beyond answering questions I had and throughly explains questions I didn’t know I had. That totally sealed the deal for us (my sister and I) that we are going with Dr. Cason and his amazing team! I cannot be more excited for surgery day!If anyone is on the fence about booking a consult, just do it! Picking a surgeon you trust is so important not only in the results you desire but also the stress and reassurance you’ll need after. Thank you Dr.Cason and team!

Hands down my favorite doctor ever! He is so personable, kind and genuine! He spends as much time as you need during every visit (no matter if it’s a consultation, pre or post-op)! He takes time to answer all of your questions and patiently addresses any concerns! He gives his opinion when asked and doesn’t just tell you want you want to hear (as is the case with other plastic surgeons I’ve found). His post op care is second to none. I’ve always received a prompt response even months post op!I’m forever grateful for his work! It’s been absolutely life changing. I’ve now had two surgeries with him and will return to him for any cosmetic procedure in the future! I've also referred friends to him! He’s just the best!

Dr Cason was one of the most nicest, patient Dr I have ever met. I was super nervous talking about my body but he made me feel so comfortable. He explained every detail on what to except and what can Potentially happen. He went into detail. Him and his staff were the sweetest people. They took their time and answered every question that I had didn’t feel rushed at all, and that’s what I was nervous about. His staff took the time to show me around the facility and where they do their operations, which made me feel more comfortable. I am in the process of trying to set up my appointment with him.

If I could put 10 stars I would! I’ve been wanting to get my nose done for YEARS! Even went with multiple surgeons but none of them made me feel comfortable until I met with Dr.Cason. During the consultation I had made my mind to go ahead and get the procedure done with Dr Cason, not only did he answer all of my questions but he explained to me step by step how everything would go. I just had my rhinoplasty done a week ago and got the cast taken off yesterday and I am In love with the results!! He went above and beyond! I will 100% be referring him to my friends, as well as using him for future procedures.

Dr. Cason is so patient and understanding. He made me feel comfortable. My first consultation was done virtual and decided to come in to do a in person consultation and I’m so happy I did so even though I was impressed how caring he was from our virtual consultation so the in person just sealed the deal. I am 99.9% sure I will book my future tummy tuck procedure with Dr. Cason when I finally get the nerves to do so. This is a very stressful and nerve wrecking decision but I would absolutely highly recommend Dr. Cason to anyone who is ready to do any type of procedure at his office.

After going to three different doctors for consultations for blepharoplastyDr. Cason was the best choice for me. He took the time to explain the procedure and met with me more than once to answer all my questions before I decided to schedule the procedure.The surgery went smoothly and now I’m 6 weeks post op and loving my results.
