I recently had the pleasure of living at Ridge Crest Apartments and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The customer service is exceptional— staff member is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They responded promptly to any concerns or maintenance requests, ensuring a hassle-free . I highly recommend Ridge Crest Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

How the hell is Wendy still managing this place? She’s completely incompetent. This place is dump, mainly because she’s NEVER there—and the office is only supposed to be open literally 2 hrs/day. Nothing will ever get repaired. My car was towed 4x while living there while I was LEGALLY parked, so each time they had to bring it back, but it was a nightmare dealing with Wendy and their tow company. It’s a nightmare dealing with Wendy for anything. You want something done? Call corporate. That’s seriously your ONLY option. And when you do, expect to find extra unexplained fees in your next rent statement. I could go on, but bottom line: STAY AWAY! You’re better off renting an Amazon box.

Pros: The manager of this complex, Wendy, is probably one of the best landlords/property managers I've rented from! She was very accommodating and quick to have maintenance requests make their way to the Maintenance Team. The property is a nice looking one since it's upkeep is weekly and Pest Control comes out frequently enough too; plus the location is nice enough away from the highway and near a school. Neighbors mostly consist of people who want to be friendly enough to be respectful so the place gives you that privacy you'd want (walls are thin so do be aware).Cons: The complex has a washer/dryer room that is via an app to pay to use, so you may pay more than what's fair and I don't believe the individual units have a washer/dryer in them (correct me if I'm wrong). The street can be very noisy so you will hear the people who want to speed through the area frequently. For my unit the stove was old to where I was afraid to use some of the stovetops as I'd hear some electrical pops (they were replaced the switches but the fact they did it in the first place was nerve-racking). Pests can be a big problem if you let it! I moved in to a unit where the previous tenant was horrendous and there were TONS of dead roaches so keep it clean and you won't have a problem or otherwise it could get that bad.I enjoyed my time here as I knew I wasn't gonna be here too long so Wendy made it a nice stay for me and the location was perfect enough for me at the time I needed it!

4.5 stars. ? I have lived here over a year now and I love it. Wendy, the manager is very nice, personable, and helpful, even after hours when I text her. She's awesome. The apartments are a bit older, but upgraded. No bug problems whatsoever in my apt or any I've heard of. (Thank God!) All my neighbors are so nice and everyone gets along. It's very quiet at night. Small complex, which I love. The only complaints I have would be that the walls and windows seem pair thin, I can hear everything outside, even conversations. ?? And that the rent is going up quite a bit this year. But that's understandable, everything is going up in price. Oh and the tiny kitchen. Lol. Overall I totally enjoy living here.

This apartment complex was one of the top three I wanted to rent with, but I can't even get a response from them. I have sent three emails.

I lived in Ridgecrest for about 2 1/2 years when I first moved to this residence it was nice over the past year it went downhill
The upkeep of the property is horrible, no kind of rules are set, loud music, annoying neighbors, bad kids running around between these apartment and courtyard next door idk which is worse
I will tell anyone just because the apartment is in Grapevine dosent mean it is not ghetto/hood
The prices are reasonable but for a peace of mind I will just pay higher rent

I've lived here for over a year and it's been a terrific experience. It's absolutely at the best location, close to dfw (where I work), the frwy, restaurants, shopping, and eating places.
This is a very diverse complex and people are friendly. The community is always clean. The lawn is always green. PRICE is very good. Most importantly, they didn't charge me a fortune when I renew my lease like my old apt did to me.

I like this place. The courtyard area is great for walking my dog in the hot summer. It has good shades. As for the apartments it is refreshing to have decent hardwood flooring and granite countertops that are easy to clean. Within the same price range, I found this place has more updated features than the other apartments in the neighborhood.

I have lived here for 3 1/2 yrs ,,overall it's a small community, I would say its the quietest and. Most laid back complex on mustang drive,, not a lot of traffic in and out late at night .. people are for the most part respectful and mostly keep to themselves ,, only issue I have is the littering but most of that is due to the foot traffic from the other complexes,, I have no complaints as far as our residents and landlords/ management goes ,,,

I give this community 5 stars for the charming residents they have and had. I'm sorry to hear about one of my fondest residents having trouble receiving his deposit back. I know he always kept an amazing home. Clean and never damaged. I enjoyed our professional relationship and I wish him all the very best in his new endeavor. I miss all the residents everyone of them! I do hope this current management team keeps up the pest control so they will not have to live with any pests over the summer. Maintain the HVAC units so all will be comfortable. Only my fondest memories will remain of this quaint & charming community. God bless them all!♡

It has been more than 30 days haven’t received my Deposit was told I will be getting it in the mail, I have talked to an attorney who is telling me the best thing for me to do will be to go and take his apartment complex to Small Claims Court to get my deposit back I have tried to talk to the manager they fired Connie the old manager and they have a new manager there she is very unsure about her job she is not a professional at all my advice to anyone that would be thinking about moving Into these apartment in the future don’t do it you going to have problems with this new manager an the maintenance crew ... this is real life an I am not mad or upset with this new manager she is only doing what she has being told to do to keep her job but she acts An her behaviour is that of good lier .... just want my deposit back and will be reporting this hell hole to the Housing Authority an to the Better business bureau ...... an theses apartments don’t deserve a star

Have lived here for more than 5 years. Glad to see the community getting better gradually. I like the new PM. She is friendly and understanding. Hopefully, the management company and owner would continue to support her improving the community here.

Since my time here I have seen an increase in the respect and unity between the residents. The new management has stepped up it's game and is truly connecting with each and every resident on a personal level and the report is outstanding. I heard about the past manager and am a polar opposite of that one. I truly care about this community and every person here. Our community is very well maintained and even new in some buildings. We are doing upgrades and have had an astounding positive response. I welcome anyone to come and visit our community as you will be greeted warmly and respectfully.
Yours truly,
Connie
