I honestly don’t know how ReCept Pharmacy can claim to help manage a patient’s chronic illness when they can’t manage to get the patient their medications properly and on time. Every month there is an issue that is totally something they should have dealt with and didn’t. This month I will be going without my medication for a full week despite my giving them over a week’s notice that it was due. Their excuses are weak and easily refuted with good record-keeping on my part. I am petitioning my insurer to choose another provider as this is unacceptable!

I have been a customer for ten years at the Bellaire location an 2019 has seen a decline in service that is purely ridiculous! I will have a great deal to say in the next week! Your lead staff at this location needs to be retrained or fired! You pick!!

ReCept puts the patient first and goes the extra mile to get patients on therapy. This has become a deficiency in the market today. I highly recommend their services!

I was advised to use this mail-order pharmacy for my colonoscopy prep and they messed it up - didn’t deliver as promised and I had to reschedule after fasting all day. They said I wouldn’t have to pay. But now I’m getting bills from their collection dept and they have no notes in their system that I wouldn’t be billed. Worst experience ever.

I had the most unpleasant experience with the receptionist today. Corporate and the Lead Pharmacist ransomed my opinion of this service. Thank you! I need you, but I am willing to shop around for another answer. Thankfully, I was spared an expedition. VERY GOOD RESPONSES!
