This place never has a bathroom. Is there anyone to clean it or what is going on?. After 8 month
This is the updated and after this i will post all photos of this place.
Cleaning won't hurt you, nor will they dock your pay. Honestly, everything screams clean and disinfection, both inside and out. The bathrooms are covered in feces, the doors and walls are stained. Seriously, they don't pay you to keep things clean, or they don't have enough money left to buy the cleaning supplies. You're in Grapevine. Have a little decency.

store is disgusting, mens room is full of trash where they should have paper products in the stalls, water and fluids on floor and wall. spilled soda left to congeal, dirt and garbage in floors, food prep areas dirty. had over a dozen people in line with only 1 cashier while 3 employees where talking behind hot food area only one was working.

I just moved to Texas from Atlanta,Ga and have visited this store almost everyday at all hours since I've been here. Every employee is very helpful and nice. Great customer service and it is a very clean, well stocked store! Great deals on app too. Thank you!

Ryan & May on the night shift, rock. Ryan took the time to explain how I get my discount on gas in the app which I was not aware of. I had accumulated a lot of points, but I didn't know how to access my gas discount. Very intelligent and professional young man. May was also kind and professional as well.
Additionally, the bathrooms were super clean. Although we do live in Dallas, so anything in the suburbs is going to seem clean compared to the Racetracks in Dallas lol. ...

They don’t even compare to QT. There is always a massive line with one person working. One employee at QT can do the work of 10 RaceTrac employees.

Wonderful staff, new faces every once in a while, but stilll very personable. That reflects great management in my humble opinion! I never hesitate to come to this location, great customer service, always satisfied when I stop here. 5 out of 5!!!!!
(Looks like there’s some renovations going on, temporary bathrooms outside that are regularly tended to, and barricaded construction on one side and behind the main structure. I’m excited to find out what the store is going to offer next!)

Sign on door says inside closed at 1130 pm so how is this a 24/7 location. And waited 30 mins so it was not a restroom break they just weren't open

WORST RACETRACK IVE EVER BEEN TO. DISRESPECTFUL. GASLIGHTING. INPATIENT. HORRIBLE.
Typically RaceTrac’s are my favorite due to the customer service. This one? Not so much. I was just in there using their restroom bc I have a severe UTI/bladder infection (TMI I know) but that means I need to use the restroom a lot, and it’s painful and stressful all in its self. Not even 5 minutes into me using the restroom, one of the employee is BANGING on the door asking if anyone is in there. I am polite and say I am. Then less than a minute later (as I’m trying to hurry yet still in a ton of pain so also trying to feel better) the same employee starts BANGING on the door again. This time I say louder that I’m in there but that they can come in here if they need to or like! I also mention I am finishing up, I’m sorry and that I am trying to hurry”. He grunts. Less than a minute later two employees start banging on the door. Then they bang on the door again, this time opening it (and at this point I’m flustered and annoyed, all while still in pain but just washing my hands and putting some water on my face to feel better) and I say firmly “I said yall can come in. I’m sorry I’m in pain bc of a bladder infection but I’m trying my best to hurry”. The employee completely disregards anything I say and says “yeah we need to turn the water off” and I go “okay that’s fine go ahead” still trying to be polite. He then goes “I mean we need to do a repair” and I said “okay that’s fine you guys can come in I really don’t mind, I’m sorry I’m just in pain and trying to freshen up to feel better”. The employee grunts louder this time and again then SLAMS the door shut. Not even 10 seconds later they send in a female employee demanding me to leave because “they are doing a repair and can’t have anyone in here” trying to hurry me out as I’m drying my hands. I tell her (thinking she’s a female and she would understand the issue I was having) what’s going on, and as I am, she (ironically enough) sits down and STARTS PEEING as they were yelling at me and being impatient with me about doing!! She shows no sympathy towards anything I say, finishes up HER business in the restroom, walks out, then BOTH EMPLOYEES FLING OPEN THE DOOR and ask IF I NEED AN AMBULANCE! Like what?? You guys are now seriously going to gaslight one of your customers? Making me feel like I made this huge deal about having a bladder infection and the reason I was in there for 7 minutes (TOPS) was because the issue I was having was so severe that I needed an AMBULANCE? What in the world. Absolutely unbelievable and absolutely uncalled for.
Horrible customer service.
No empathy
No sympathy.
No patience.
Gaslights their customers.
Just absolutely and unbelievably disgraceful.
Do better RaceTrac. The world needs more love. Not hate. Do better.
And also remember one of the golden rules… patience is a virtue.

Once again this stations pumps not working. No gas. Poorly run and management loves to price gouge. always the first station to increase prices by 20 cents. Significantly more expensive than any other in the area. Avoid if you can
