Went in to buy a 4 pack of Vuse Golden Tobacco. I paid for it, then when she handed it to me it said Classic Tobacco. I told her this wasn’t what I wanted, that I wanted the Golden Tobacco. She said it’s the same thing, they just changed the packaging, which they had - I had never seen these packs before. There was one pack with a yellow flower thing on the front and another with red, she handed me the red. I pointed at the other pack and told her that might be what I was looking for, but again, she told me it was the same thing. There was a 2 pack with the old packaging I know, she asked if I wanted that in stead. I said “no, as long as this is the same thing, then it’s fine”. So I took it and went to my car, and of course, it wasn’t the right thing.
I went back inside and told her to pick up the other pack and read what it said, and sure enough it was golden tobacco, what I wanted. Then she rings me up and tells me to pay $27 AGAIN, because “once it leaves the store there are no refunds, I told you that”.
First of all, she never told me that. All she did was ask if I wanted the 2 pack in stead. Second, I get that that’s your policy, but maybe the clerk shouldn’t act like she knows exactly what she’s talking about even when she clearly doesn’t even when I’m trying to tell her that she gave me the wrong thing.
I understand not everyone uses tobacco and it’s not familiar to them. But I can’t understand that if she isn’t familiar with it, then why wouldn’t she make absolutely sure that what I’m asking for isn’t actually there? Rather than just admitting she didn’t know and offering to let me look at it, she cared more about being right and that cost me nearly $30.

Store is going down with the rotation of employees. Use to be top notch but not so much any more. The drink machines are broken and no one cares if they get fixed or not. Employees are not customer driven like before

The price was right, but the pump tap didn't work, the LCD was jacked-up, the window washer fluid was nasty, the receipt didn't print, and the cashier was slow to approach the counter. I guess you get what you pay for.

Wow, this place is amazing. Kaitlyn was fast at checking me out and helping me return an item that I thought I needed. Very clean parking lot, windows, store floors, and restrooms. Very peaceful outside and feel very safe here. Gas pumps worked for tag payment. Qt and buccees are my favorite gas stations to stop at for gas, water cases, drinks and restrooms.

Stopped in today to buy lottery lottery tickets.Asked Brandon what was on the bottom row, needed to know the names of the scratch offs,not just the amounts. He just kept flicking and saying the amount then went to the next person. I guess Quik Trip is so busy trying to make it a quick trip there is no customer service. I can't tell you how many times I have had to count the total of my tickets and correct the cashier so they are not short..smh Not a quick trip today.
