Special ordered a vehicle. It turned out better than I imagined. The staff communicated with me throughout the process. They made me feel valued, comfortable, and answered all my questions. Beautiful vehicle! Looking forward to driving a Porsche for many years to come. I’m glad I chose Porsche Grapevine.

BEWARE!!Let me start by saying this Porsche dealership is the lowest dealership in sales in this region, and I can whole heartedly tell you there are many reasons for that and that reason does not happen to be location. To start, you're met with a secretary, who was wearing a very vulgar cheetah print top that has an attitude of someone so arrogant and up-tight, that you would think you were talking to someone so rich and powerful that she couldn't be bothered with your presence.Next on the reasoning of the 1 star rating for this lovely establishment would be the fact that you are not allowed to use the electric chargers they have.So if you're used to driving your Porsche Taycan to places throughout Houston and Austin and stopping at Porsche dealerships to get some charge without the hassle of dealing with public chargers that have lines and are usually in bad parts of town, DO NOT STOP HERE! They have many available chargers that are "for service use only," and they will not permit you to charge here even though you drive the Porsche Taycan (which sucks) that they sold you!Another magnificent reason on why you should NOT STOP HERE TO PURCHASE OR FOR HELP, would be the false help and information given. Since we were not permitted to use the empty chargers they had, we were shown where to take our amazing Porsche Taycan to get it charged! The destination given which was 800 S Royal Ln Coppell, TX 75019, takes you to a service road in the middle of nowhere with"chargers" behind a massive gate that the public has no access to, if the chargers were even present, since the chargers were not visible from the service road! This was wonderful for us as we had 16 miles left and no clue what to do next!Is that all?!? Nope! Since the managers were "very busy" in a meeting at the dealership and we could not speak to them, a phone call was made shortly after to ask some follow up questions. The gentleman that answered was about as nice as the lovely lady at the front desk, and proceeded to tell us that Uber is "beyond pathetic" for anyone driving a Porsche! Not that this has anything to do with the situation, but for a manger at a car dealership to tell me that riding in an Uber car is embarrassing and disgraceful is just astonishing in my brain!I may be biased in a small way as I think this Porsche Taycan is the worst purchase I've ever made in my life, but the treatment given at this establishment just proves what a Porsche is truly worth in my eyes, which is nothing. If you're thinking about purchasing a Porsche Taycan, do your research!! I'm telling you know you're better off spending that money on a boat, which is a complete joke, and if you do decide to purchase one, don't do it here!!Well that's my rant, and I will say if you do need to buy, sell or just CHARGE your Porsche, I had great luck at the "Porsche and Mercedes-Benz Park Place" located in Dallas.

I took delivery of my 2022 Cayenne Platinum edition from Bobby Lopez - a very good sales person. He was professional and simply good with his clients. But oh boy! Service Dept? SUCKS! They probably employed mentally challenging service managers who are irresponsible and in most case, unresponsive. Till date, they are not able to replace a chip they claim is the cause behind the errors (WBA, Airbag, Park Assist, etc.) showing up on the dashboard. Ofcourse, no one calls to update me on what's going on. Surely I am not recommending Avondale's customer service to anyone.

Ordered a new car from this dealership last year. The sale person is doing good like 80/100. He forgot to use my credit card when making the payment and is not provide a solution, which is fine. But after I have my car purchased, and when I am having some issues and questions. He barely response my text messages and never response after a while. The customer service - after you purchased car is not that great to be honest. Hope they can improve it.

Well that's my rant, and I will say if you do need to buy, sell or just CHARGE your Porsche, I had great luck at the "Porsche and Mercedes-Benz Park Place" in Dallas! In response to Bryce: I just feel like the point is being missed. When I use chargers at other Porsche dealerships, it's never a problem and it's not like yours were full, at all. Public use is understandable but when it's a Porsche at the Porsche dealership it should be a different story, in my opinion. Also, there are ways to handle a situation and the situation would not have been met with "unkind, aggressive behavior" if the employees were a little more inviting and helpful. I believe there are classes on such, as I myself "the son" have taken some throughout college and work. While it was unnecessary to reach such behavior and remarks, your team was anything but inviting. But at this point, it's all in the past and the car has been replaced. Not Porsches problem anymore!
