Closed my account years ago when PNC took over BBVA. This location has called monthly ever since, attempting to get me to come back by saying "we need to talk about your accounts". I've blocked the number, but they continue to call and leave messages. Even the "branch manager" is calling. What kind of bank has to make these kind of calls? Your lack of business is not my concern, and I'm not sure why the constant calls would convince anyone to return to doing business with you. Would not recommend.

I have been with PNC Bank for years and have been pleased with everything. Unfortunately this specific location I am not going back to. I opened up a business account here and figured it would be simple like it was in the past when I lived in another state....well think again. Creating a business account was not organized at all and I have been having issues ever since. I will not be returning to this bank and will be finding another one for help because the branch manager is so unreliable. I have left voicemails, messages, and emails with questions about my account and continue to not hear from her. I suggest going to a different location to find people that can be responsive to your needs.

I had to drive from Bedford to Grapevine to get a check cashed on a Friday. I checked the hours online before leaving to go over there and it says they are open until 6:00 on Friday only. However, when I got there they were closing. When I finally got some to answer me in the drive thru he told me they close at 5:00. When I told him it says 6:00 online he told me Google must be wrong. Definitely glad I don't bank with them!!

The worst attitudes ever! They basically made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. I started out with Compass, which was purchased by BBVA, which was purchased by PNC. I will be closing both personal and business accounts and going elsewhere.

The absolute worst bank we have put our money in! BBVA switched to PNC Bank a few months back. That was a miserable experience. BBVA was not that good, but PNC is much worse. You can't get ahold of customer service. If by luck you do, they are rude. Because my husband and I shared online account credentials, we were reprimanded by customer service and now we can no longer use all of their services. LOL, seriously?! Bye bye. We are switching over to Frost Bank, which provides great customer service!
