I was really disappointed in the grooming appointment today. My dog evidently spilled his water bowl after his groom, and the girls didn’t do anything to try and dry him. He was covered in other dogs clippings when we left.. who knows what kind of bugs and stuff may had been in there. I’d just assume I wouldn’t be picking up a soaking wet dog. Not to mention they had temporarily added extra cages all over the place. No wonder he knocked his bowl over and had other dogs hair all over him.. he was directly under the grooming table.I had to go outside and dry him with a towel prior to getting in the truck, while the groomers did nothing and returned to clipping dogs. If I performed this service and acted that way, I would be totally embarrassed. What a nightmare.. I was covered and had to change clothes immediately.Would NOT recommend and won’t return for grooming. Too bad I left a 20% tip when I paid before the fiasco happened.I will surely get a reply that petco will “address” the concerns. Hardly an adequate response for this poorly run grooming department. A total refund is warranted here.

Went there a few days ago and the guy who helped me was awesome. Helped me find a cone for a cat and showed me different options and recommended products for my kitty's issue. It was very kind of him. Well stocked store

I am beyond frustrated with the utter incompetence and disregard for my pet's well-being at this so-called grooming service. Last week, I made the mistake of entrusting them with my dog's care, scheduling a 10 o'clock appointment for a bath. Little did I know that this would turn into a nightmare.They had the audacity to keep me in the dark until a mind-boggling 1:30 PM, claiming that my dog had transformed into some sort of kennel-attached hermit. Three excruciating hours passed before they bothered to inform me that they couldn't coax her out and essentially washed their hands of the situation, instructing me to bring her back.The frustration is overwhelming when I think about my poor baby girl confined in that kennel for an agonizing three hours, devoid of any care or attention. The entire concept of an "appointment" turned out to be a sick joke in the face of this absurdity.To make matters worse, my dog has returned home traumatized. She's now terrified to step foot outside the door, even in her once-beloved backyard. Her appetite has dwindled, and she refuses to go out for her basic needs. It's enraging to witness the impact this ordeal has had on her, and I hold this grooming service responsible for subjecting her to such distress.This experience has not only left me frustrated but also deeply concerned for my pet's emotional well-being. I wouldn't wish this negligence on any pet owner, and I am determined to make my dissatisfaction known far and wide. This establishment has lost not only my business but any shreds of respect I might have had for them.

I brought my German Shepard there for grooming services and later found abrasions on his neck from the collar. This must've been caused by bad handling and neglect to cause actual cuts on my dogs neck. This is very unprofessional and borderline criminal. Take caution before using this petco for your grooming services we will stay far away from this place to preserve our dogs well being.

There were a ton of loose bugs everywhere including outside in the heat. I saw at least a few dozen dead crickets from the heat alone outside. Not cool.

They sell Just for Dogs and my dog loves it! I buy $100 of this food every 2 weeks like clockwork, along with whatever else I want to buy to spoil my dog. I use electronic gift cards to get a small discount. Lately, those electronic gift cards make the registers malfunction. Usually the workers just take me to another register and it will work. The last time I went in, the lady that rang me up took 2 other customers and tried to take a third customer while my register was malfunctioning instead of handling my order. She just let me sit at this malfunctioning register and took people on the other register. People just keep walking up and I realized she was just going to continue ringing up that line. As I stood there, I kept thinking that she would come back to me and take me to another register that worked.When she tried to ring up a third person while I stood there, I finally spoke up and said that she needed to ring me up. She took me to a third register and my order went through. I was so mad that she just kept taking people in front of me until I said something. Tonight, the same malfunction happened. Cole helped me. This guy needs a raise!!! He actually understands customer service. He was patient and kind, he called additional help to the registers and he suggested a solution on how I can get my order done in the future without running into all these issues. I was actually going to end my relationship with this store because of this problem and how the previous employee handled it, but Cole mended the relationship tonight by the way he handled my order. I will continue spending my hard-earned money there. Thank you, Cole, for making a very frustrating situation for me better. You really helped me and I could tell that you genuinely wanted to help me. Thank you, thank you.

We've used them for 2 years now and the service is getting worse. They are good at washing them, but the actual grooming is awful. We always end up having them trim them up when we pick up our dog. We'll find another place
