I took mine and my husbands wedding rings to be polished before our wedding, I went back after we got married to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. Today, I just picked up a string of pearls they restrung for me. They quoted me one price and found a cheaper way to restring them for me by the time I returned. Each encounter has been professional, fair priced and exactly what I came for. I have family members who have had great experiences here as well. From other reviews, came to consider them trustworthy, small business type. In it for the long haul, so to speak. “Thia is my go-to shop for gaming laptops in Lewisville. I can usually find a pc I'm looking for here for cheap and I'm even allowed to take a photo of the underside for the laptop to research the make and model upon request.They sell a wide variety of laptops, desktops, tools, appliances, firearms, video game consoles, accessories, jewelry, and more.The employees are usually courteous and the can reasonaby haggle a little bit over the price of an item.Their layaway program is very generous with 6 months no monthly interest layaway time limit and a 10% price down payment. Just calculate the item orice after tax and put put it on layaway for 10% pf the sale price. It Is definitely great for buying an item you really want thats difficult to find on a tight budget. The inventory of stuff here changes often so don't miss out on some great deals. If you see something you like you can ask the employees for more info or to take a closer look. I haven't sold anything here but any game consoles you want to pawn or sell here must be in good working condition or it won't be accepted.There is an anti-theft security system in place to monitor customers so please don't do something foolish.I definitely reccomend this store to anyone looking for a good deal on a used laptop ton a budget to check it out.”

“First of all German has a pretty cool team. German is awesome as well - I purchased two dell monitors but needed an extra cord and he offered me one when I was already on Google looking to buy one. Also - he’s a manger and INTERACT with ppl on the floor!There’s a black guy in there with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I wish I knew his name. I literally watched him help two ppl at the same time then turn and ask me if I’ve been assisted. Most pawn shops are lowkey rude and barely have much - not this one! I almost didn’t want to write a review because I didn’t want anyone getting goods before me LOL but you deserve to spend your money with good ppl - go here!”
