Better hope you don't get a lemon, otherwise you will be the one paying. Bought a brand new sprinter and first week had issues with the power door. Really frustrating for an 80k luxury car that's supposed to be reliable. Took it in they replaced a part and sent it home. Same week got it back same issue, ended up taking it in 5 times and still having the problem. Came in to see if they would just take the car back cause I was done dealing with it and the guy said we can offer you 64k best offer. Even though there are older models with more miles and less features going for 78k. So instead of making it right they just tried to make more money off of it. The guy even said that I'm just passing on my problem to someone else since I just wanted to give it back instead of dealing with this issue.This was my first and last experience with a Mercedes. I know not everyone reads reviews or discounts the experience but all I know is that they did NOT take care of me. They will probably respond to this review with I am being unreasonable or that they tried to go above and beyond for me and I was stubborn or something, but all I know is that I've had better cars and service from Ford and that was not what I was expecting from a company like Mercedes

Our car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine was, by far, the best we’ve ever had! Our sales rep, Basel Abbas, went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we really wanted. He was very friendly, quick to respond, honest, and fair. We were buying from out-of-state, and he ensured that we had all of the information we needed. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, he made us feel welcome and special, even though we were buying a used vehicle (not a Mercedes). He took time to visit with us, show us around the dealership, and ensure we were comfortable during our wait. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership, and Mr. Abbas. I would also like to give a shout out to his assistant, Becca. She was helpful and quick to respond.

Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine was a wonderful experience! I did not feel pressured while I was there both for the test drive and the next day when I bought my trade-in Jeep. My appointment was on a busy Saturday at 1 o’clock, I left the lot in my new vehicle at 2:30! It was quick and easy! Marco Lopez is the one who helped me, he was informative, kind, patient with any questions, not pushy whatsoever, and helpful! He made the entire process enjoyable! He expressed his excitement with me about my new Jeep. If we ever purchase a Benz in the future, this is definitely the place I will be getting it from. Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine!

I scheduled a service for my metris van, which I use for my personal use. Strike One: asked for a loaner when I made my appt.- no to any metris or sprinter customers? I am sure the shop rate $ is not lower, but read on to lower service levels!!!Strike two: first sign l was in trouble was when I pulled up for two lanes both 9 cars deep! Why do I wait if I have an appointment? stagger you arrival times!Strike three: Was told service work is done on metris/ sprinters in another area. Leave the line for yet another queu.strike four: waited 20 minutes to be told move up twice, but no good morning, 40 minutes with an appointment to be ignored for another 20 minute. I make appointments for a reason! Just left shaking my head! If I do get a call it will be a lame apology but nothing else! I am a reasonable guy - but don't climb on my head, pee on me and then tell me it's raining! I am sure the dealer manager is sitting behind his desk with an excel sheet!

We recently bought a car from MB Grapevine. We looked at other MB dealerships in the area, but MB Grapevine had the best inventory ,options , and, most importantly, excellent customer service. Our salesperson was Payton Dotson. He is a professional who is also attentive, polite, and patient. He made this experience comfortable and exciting. He will ensure you get what you would like , even delivering your car and answering any questions you may have after the deal is complete. We were feeling overwhelmed at first when looking for the right car in the area, until we came to this dealership. We highly suggest Mercedes Benz Grapevine for your car shopping experience.
