I took my car to the grapevine location for minor damage to the back bumper of my car but they kept my car over a month just to find some part in junkyard . I talked to the manager and he told me that he is the only authority and there is nothing I can do . The agent name Raul was very rude and I had the the worst experience.

Brought my car in for repairs from accident. When I picked up my car the front seat was broken. When I inquired about the damages they refused to fix the broken seat. Please beware when dealing with this dealership, unethical manager and collision service advisors.

Great customer service, but if there's any kind of money involved, they take there time for reimbursements, it's sad that I have to wait for 4 weeks for 3300$ reimbursement check that I let them do the repairs on my vehicle. They just lost a customer.

Needed an estimate for a recent fender bender. Place is nice however receptionists were loud on the phone and talking with each other. One wearing airpods and yammering loudly Salesperson was fine but took forever to provide a quote for a simple repair.

If you are looking for a collision shop that does not cut corners and will make sure your vehicle is repaired as good (or better) than pre-accident condition, this is it. Consistent communication during the entire process. Great job and thanks to Doug and all the staff.

Sorry , I can not give Avondale Collision good marks. I was emailed the car was ready ,it was not. Tape and tape residue was not removed from the top of my Porsche, caulking not removed from the back window, still dirty after wash and inspection. Water in the back of my SUV and no one would say where or how it got in the vehicle . I am not satisfied with the end product . I could go on , but I don't think they care if I post a good review or a bad review.

MB Grapevine is truly, Top-Notch when it comes to their Clients. Since our many purchases over the years, we have ALWAYS.. Chosen, to have our vehicles serviced here. Even when it went Against what the insurance companies 'wanted..' As long as we are able to choose where our work is done, it will be at an Avondale Store. Even though the name has changed.. From the Top down, starting with: Ken S. and Neal G., to Joseph T., Matt M., Sean H. in management, to Grant and Charles in Sales, who we trust with our second most important purchases in life.. Our vehicles. Not only do we feel SAFE, heard and appreciated.. most importantly Well Cared For!

Absolutely the best car repair service I’ve received! Check-In with AJ Jourdain, Very Professional, insightful, and helpful, as well as the other staff, too. AJ kept me posted continuously, letting me know what was going on and when I could expect to have my car back. Fantastic Experience, I recommend with 5 Stars!!!

Absolutely the best service I’ve received in for long as I can remember. They kept me posted continuously, letting me know what was going on and when I could expect to have my car back. Seriously, the entire experience was over the top fantastic!

The staff are very professional, insightful, helpful and friendly. Ask about everything. They do this every day. Be pragmatic here. If your repair parts are coming from Germany how long will the repair take? Visually, everything was perfect when the job was done. There was a small issue with weather stripping of all things. They solved that issue with a short follow up visit. Thanks to the whole staff. A special thanks goes to Enterprise Car Rental here who suggested a temporary toll tag for our rental. I wouldn't have thought to get one and it saved hundreds of dollars for us. Just remember to take it off when you return the rental.
