Plenty of other shops on Main st to check out with kind and friendly staff. Don’t pick this one because you won’t find that here. If you leave a negative review the owner will do her best to reply and negate whatever issue you have instead of addressing it appropriately. Take some time to read the issues others have had and read her responses :)

Walked into the shop with my daughter (5 yo) She was curious about how the Nora Fleming pieces worked. I started to show her and she was instantly enamored, we were picking a piece to purchase. Did not receive a friendly greeting, instead was immediately swarmed and berated by a blonde woman yelling at us that these were breakable. Couldn't even get a word in to explain to the lady we were ok, she was too busy yelling over me at my daughter. Completely bizarre. We left immediately and waited outside for my mom and friend to finish browsing. They were deeper in the store and didn't know what had happened. When they exited they told me the woman was yelling at other children in store too lol. Get a grip! To that lady if you're reading this I hope you find some medication that will help you function better in a social setting--especially at your place of work :) Edit to respond to Sylvia the owner--This is why reading comprehension is so crucial and I am amazed that as an adult business owner you don't have a grasp of that. I understand you feel defensive about earning a 1 star review but it should not cloud your ability to read this objectively. Nowhere in my summary of events did I state my daughter didn't handle the merchandise. What is unacceptable is your store employee swooping in on a child when their mother is right next to them helping them and PRACTICING CARE. Imagine being so pressed about a $15 ceramic that all social grace departs your interaction with a customer in a literal instant. Reinforce manners and communication skills, and brush up on your ability to glean main ideas when reading your reviews.

Ooh La La quickly responded to me when I inquired about how quickly an item would ship I needed for a party. They were kind and responsive, helped consult about sizing, shipped my item quickly to me and followed up to make sure I got it. Over the top!! Will definitely shop again

I live in Arizona right by Scottsdale which has plenty of shopping yet this boutique is my favorite and gets plenty of my $$$$. The buyer seems to know my taste and style. I love Ooh La La! I’ve been a customer since it opened in Grapevine and Sylvia is amazing! She loves her work & is on premise the majority of time!I love their clothes and they are reasonably priced for a boutique! I get many compliments on my Ooh La La! Purchases!

Ooh La La is a wonderful place to shop! They carry a wide variety of styles, cocktails attire, to more casual jeans, and t-shirts, and everything in between. Love the t-shirt selection. They also carry a large selection of Nora Fleming, lotions, jewelry and so much more. You will not find a more helpful and pleasant group of ladies on staff, they are wonderful! I highly recommend shopping at Ooh La La, you won’t be disappointed!

Yesterday I tried to buy 2 Nora Fleming pieces. I’m a pretty big collector of this and normally buy in a Wylie Boutique. The person at the register after I picked out 2 pieces says oh the Rose is not for sale? Huh and then “oh you should be ok on the cactus”. How about I don’t buy any because one your over priced, two your rude and three if that is your only one don’t put it out there. You should have put it in a display with a sign coming soon for valentines. Don’t worry I won’t waste my time in your shop again and just so you know the boutique in Wylie has given me 3 storage boxes for free with what I’ve bought from them, I see you sell yours!

The merchandise is nice, the customer service was horrible. I made direct eye contact with an employee and the owner on several occasions and neither of them as much as said hello. I spent about 20 minutes in this very small boutique and all they would do was look at me. I really didn't want to buy anything from them because their lack of customer service, but they carry a brand that is hard to find. When I spent over $150, then I was spoken too. Guess I looked like someone who was not going to spend any money with them. Rude.
