Blaggs went above and beyond when they discovered a serious issue with my lug nuts—another shop had installed the wrong ones, which caused my studs to break and posed a significant safety risk. They didn't just stop at finding the problem; they carefully checked all my tires to ensure there were no further issues.

When they called to explain, I didn’t quite understand the situation, so Paul invited me to speak directly with the technician, who walked me through everything in detail. On top of that, they provided a thorough write-up of the issue for me to take back to the shop that initially installed the wrong lug nuts, so the remaining studs could be checked and replaced if needed.

Blaggs' dedication and care for their customers truly stand out. The original shop even covered my invoice with Blaggs, acknowledging their mistake. I will never go anywhere else—these guys are top-notch and genuinely care about their customers’ safety.”

Bo is the man!

He was my service tech. When I pulled up he asked how I was and the services I needed. I told him oil change and inspection. He did apologize that the inspection could not be done, but hoped they could still change my oil. I agreed.

Once I pulled in Bo showed me my options for oil. I asked what he would recommend if he had my car and he went with the less expensive oil. Awesome! Didn’t try and up-sale me!

Next he was concerned about my previous oil change and where I went. I told him and he explained how they had messed up on basic procedures that could have been the reason why my oil was so dirty.

He then showed me my cabin air filter which was totally disgusting. He asked if I wanted to change it out and gave me the price. I agreed. When he replaced it he was having trouble putting the panel back on but he said he could have left it half way done but couldn’t do that if he was going to criticize another company’s work. Awesome!

He then showed me my regular filter and said it could still go another few oil changes before needing to be replaced. Never put pressure on me to do anything.

Lastly, he showed me my battery and how bad it was. It was almost fried. Again, gave me options, never pressured, and was completely professional and polite.

I unfortunately do not live near this Valvoline, but I am in the area a few times a year. If the rest of the employees are like Bo at this Valvoline- I will make an effort for them to service my vehicle when I am in the area.

But thanks to food management I was in and out quickly. Came back after they told me to drive my car 50 miles to register my tire sensor. Manager recognized me and had me done in 30min.”
