The whole staff was nice, helpful, and very considerate to our needs while discussing the issues on our car and the costs. They were able to work on it immediately while we waited, gave us status updates along the way, and tested the vehicle to make sure it was road worthy before we got our keys back. The place was pleasantly cool and quiet. The restroom was clean. It made the stay relaxing especially during the peak of summer and the anxiety that our main mode of transportation in being worked on.

My tow driver dropped off my car here. They were quick to diagnose and fix the problem. It will need a bit more work but they have been very welcoming and honest!

Absolute criminals. Quoted my girlfriend over 320 for a simple battery. She said it’s way too expensive and they made her wait 45 minutes to get the battery back in. They are trying to scam women they deem aren’t smart. Do not come here especially if you are a women. If you refuse the scam you’ll wait so they can punish you.
No name on the receipt for who did this.

I came in with a deflated tire from a nail, and Jared was really helpful in diagnosing my problem. We talked through different options, and he helped me think through the pros and cons of each. Ultimately, that made me feel comfortable as I felt I was making an educated decision. Afterwards, their service was fast, and I was on the road again in the same afternoon.

I took my daughter's 2018 Ford Explorer to the NTB store on Hwy114 in Grapevine. An employee, Hugh Wilkins assisted me by quickly taking the car into the shop. He personally reviewed the 21 point inspection with the mechanic and informed me of the needed service. I thought the vehicle needed a complete brake job, but Hugh assured me the front brake disc's were in excellent condition. The shop replaced the rear rotators and pads, conducted a front end alignment, changed the body & engine filters and completed all service in a very short period of time!
My daughter and I were very pleased with the service that Hugh Wilkins and staff provided!

NTB Grapevine, TX . Stopped by right before closing, guys jumped on helping. Had to order in correct tire, would be there next day. All went great and fast! Great guys in front area. We were staying in the hotel right behind this NTB and noticed we had a screw in our tire, but we were checking out that morning. They got me in quickly and let me know that the screw did not penetrate very far in the tire and I did not need, a replacement or fix.

Great place with great people! We worked with Levi, and there was zero wait time and we could see that our car was being worked on right away! The service was phenomenal and quick! Perfect place with excellent customer service and affordable prices, I will be visiting again!
