Great service. NAPA is usually pretty good about having the parts we need to get the repairs we need done. We usually order online and pick order up the following day. Nice to have it really when we need it. No complaints. Support neighborhood brick and mortar locations.

I recently bought a vehicle and had startup issues. I kept an eye on it and figured it might be the battery. I brought it to NAPA and discovered extreme battery corrosion and a melted ground connector. The guys at NAPA went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive home (in 40 degree weather and past closing time). I'm extremely grateful because I would not have had the tools required to replace this battery by myself.

I have been needing wiper blades for several months for my Audi Q5, dropped into this store to see if they had ones to fit. Not only did they have them but they were on sale, yay! I asked Lane, the gentleman helping me if he would mind "popping" them on for me and he was more than happy to do so. Turns out this was not as easy as it looked, they are like a Lego project- took awhile to figure it out but he got it done and was so nice about it! I was very impressed how helpful he and the other employee there was! Thank you both so very much! Napa rocks!

Terrible customer service. I purchased the top of the line battery for our Polaris Ranger. $160.00. When I installed the battery it was weak but started the machine. Two more than later we used it for Halloween for an hour. I had to jump it. I hear a clicking sound so decided to take the machine in for an axle service after the holidays. Again I had to jump it. The Polaris dealer told me the battery was bad. I went back to Napa and they said the battery was 4 years old and that was the problem. They had sold it to me less than a year ago so they sold me a 3 year old battery. The counter guy said yeah they don’t sell them much so it had probably been sitting there but they couldn’t warranty it because it was 6 months old. Why would they sell me a 4year old battery? And then once they realized what they did why wouldn’t they fix the problem? The counter guy even told me their batteries weren’t very good and he recommended some other brand. Napa used to be great commercial parts. Not the case and this dealer Disney do them any favors. I would not recommend them.

Guys know there stuff and are always friendly. Allot of other parts stores are closer to my house, but NAPA is worth the drive.
