Shella was nothing short of amazing! Each and every employee at mi mutual went above and beyond for the entire loan process! We looked at the home on March 2nd and we closed today on the 28th! We hadn’t even been preapproved or anything. How’s that for a fast turn around? Any questions we had, their staff didnt hesitate to respond to, or find someone who could. What an awesome home buying experience!

I worked with Paul at MiMutual Mortgage and he made everything so easy for us and walked us through every step of the way.I am self employed and this was my first house. We worried it would be difficult for us to qualify for our Home but Paul was able to help us through the process and made it very straight forward and simple.I will definitely use MiMutual going forward!

Gotta love getting spam emails from them (having never contacted them) even after unsubscribing. Makes me want to never do business with a firm like that.

I do NOT recommend this mortgage company, I am only having a 1 star because it makes you. We uploaded multiple tax documents, paystubs, bank statements, etc for our loan officer Shella to take a week to go through. When she finally got back to us, she told us they can't approve our loan, & she would need to do further investigation. To top this all off, Shella who is the loan officer, doesn't even know how to speak on a phone, she sounded like she had no clue what she was talking about. I've never heard so many "umm's" on a professional phone call before! She proceeded to tell us that we would not be able to get approved anywhere else. An hour later we got an approval from a different mortgage company and lived happy ever after.

I can’t begin to tell you what a great experience we had with Paul. I felt like I was getting one on one treatment and was a priority to he and his team. I will be using him again in the near future for more lending needs in the near future.

My divorce was a long and horrible process and the details around a refinance using an Owelty lien were a challenge to understand and navigate. I am so glad that I found MiMutual mortgage to help me out with this. They clearly explained all the details so that it made sense, provided easy to consume paperwork and communicated like all-stars. Their closing costs were reasonable and they delivered inside the time frame promised. The result was a much needed smooth end to the whole ordeal. Hopefully I don't have to be around any more divorces, but if I am, I will recommend MiMutual every time! Big thanks to Bob, Caley, Mercedes and Paul. Love you guys! :)

Amazing experience made it seem almost simple for something as complex that in the end had some many pages to sign. The closing document had 102 pages in total.These guys and gals made it happen. The whole team -they worked hard and they brought it together and now I own (with the bank) my first house.Wow!!!
