The employee Jose was rude and not help at all. My phone had a manufacturer defect. Customer service told me to go into the store and they would be glad to replcae it since. he refused to replace my phone. I went to a different location and they got me a new phone same day. Definitely recommend not coming to this location

They are supposed to be open at noon on Sundays and we are here at 1:50 trying to pay a bill and the door is locked. No one inside and no one answering the phone. ??

I highly recommend this store because the girls who serve are very friendly and help you with everything you need with your phone. I am very satisfied with their service. Their names are Marísela and Lucy.

For my husband and I, it is the best staff that Metro PC has in our area, the lady who assisted us was very kind and very patient. We went for a new phone and left with the new cell phone, a 5G Internet Gateway and a new free line por vida.sincerely we are very grateful to Lucy for explaining to us about the internet service since thanks to her we are paying less, we have a good service and we are not subject to internet contracts, I sincerely recommend Lucy so that you know the best service that "Ana Vazquez" has metro PC in this place

I got some of the best service today at MetroPCS her name was Lucy!!!!I've been back and forth to maybe two or three other stores I dropped my phone recently but I promise you I made it to this store and Lucy made everything better for me got my bill reduced by 20 bucks left the store with the tablet and a brand new phone thank you so much Lucy I appreciate it
