While it can get very busy, especially on weekends, there are plenty of machines available. Some reviews note that a number of the washers were not functioning, though it is easy to tell which ones work. The location is quiet and safe, with vending machines for snacks. It is a cash-only business with change machines, and staff are available during certain hours. For those who do not like doing laundry, a bundle service is offered.
