I did not expect to walk into this store a few days ago. The associates there were super helpful in guiding me to what would fit right for me and they offered discounts on top of the holiday deals. I thought I'd use black Friday deals on myself for early Christmas/ job promotion celebration. Thanks for a great experience!

So so rudeI always come and exchange thingsEven it it’s been a while.The stuff was rude, the manager was rudeThey wanted me to pay the difference for an exchange of color because it’s been a while for a brand new bag that I couldn’t change because I’ve been out of town.So rude!!!This was my favorite store, favorite brand to shop inNEVER AGAIN RACIST PEOPLE!!

My girlfriend was shopping for a dress, went to several stores in the mall, ended up buying from Kate Spade Outlet. Employees were very helpful guided her to find the dress that fits perfectly. She is happy with her purchase.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. My 13 year old daughter reviewed a bag as a gift and decided to return it with a gift receipt. Instead of the cashier giving her store credit, she made a mistake and credited the card it was purchased with, leaving my daughter with NOTHING. The store supervisor, Sam gave me the run around for days, then said she went “above and beyond” by trying to stop the refund as if this isn’t her job. She then told me Leah, the regional manager would reach out to me. Not only did Leah not reach out, she refuses to return phone calls or e-mails for weeks now since the incident. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. I have e-mailed corporate as well with no luck. I’m beginning to think this “designer” brand is a joke!!!

Came in with my family and the young lady who helped me out, Lydia was very kind and helped us narrow down our choices! Her & the other associates were amazing! I did over hear a lady with dark reddish hair say some mean things about some customers a few times under her breath. That’s why I only put 4 stars! The dark red hair lady(don’t know her name) is judgmental, so be careful. Not sure why they would allow that behavior, but the rest of the team was so kind! Will go back.

I shared a review on google but also wanted to share one here. We went in with my family and were greeted and then Lydia( believe is the name) the lady who helped us was so knowledgeable and kind. Helped us narrow down our options. The other associates were so attentive too. The only issue I have with this store was that the lady with the dark red hair was saying really rude and inappropriate things under her breath about people! How could you guys let that continue or let her be there? Made me feel icky. That's the only reason I gave 4/5 instead of 5, because how mean she was. Other than that everyone was kind and we will be back hopefully seeing the nice workers!

Everyone at this location is super sweet! I believe it is a reflection of their management. Mandy is superb! She listened was very understanding and accommodating! My only complaint is that they don’t wrap your items but the customer service overshadows that small gripe! I would definitely shop with this location again.Ashley!

Everyone at the store is super sweet!!! They helped me out so much and my mom and I were able to find the purse my mom wanted for her concert :) I sadly can't remember the employees names but one helped me figure out which bag we could take to a concert and literally everyone welcomed us and asked if we needed any help! the place is pretty clean too and everything is so beautiful!! 10/10 love this place :D
