It’s very unfortunate that I have to write this review as I am a frequent shopper here, and this is most likely the very last shopping experience I’ll have here. The store was understandably busy this afternoon due to the going out of business sale and I needed help measuring a display frame. The line at the fabric desk was long and I didn’t want to interrupt the busy workers already assisting other shoppers. So I tried looking around for a tape measure by the sowing station desks. I opened one drawer and this VERY elderly white woman employee (which I didn’t notice, otherwise I would’ve politely asked) was very rude and condescending telling me not to go through them. I apologized and told her I thought that that’s what they’re there for and I simply needed a tape measure to which she said “Well, I don’t have one okay??!”. Instead of offering to help me find one she just scolded me and stared me down until I walked away. Like I said, I come here all the time for all my crafting needs. Although the customer service is not something they’re really known for, this was one of the worst shopping experiences for a place I’ve been devoted to and spent hundreds of dollars.

I had a problem with another Joann not being the nicest and I came to this one and April was super helpful and patient with me definitely will be coming back to this location if I ever need anything!

The store is closed on Sunday even though it's 4:20 and the sign says they close at 6pm. Nobody answered the phone either

I usually go to the one in Lewisville but stopped by Grapevine because I was in the area. The cashier was SUPER rude and the floor assistants very unhelpful. Next time I will just go to Lewisville

The lady who cuts the fabric is rude with a nasty attitude! This is the second interaction w her. Awful.. Short blonde hair with taper at the nape. They need to have her unloading boxes off the truck or something. Anything except interacting with customers.

Despite being a fabric store, they closed the cutting counter thirty minutes before closing. They made the announcement as we were standing at the cutting counter with our fabric. It would have taken two minutes to cut what we needed but they refused to help us. I asked why they closed the cutting counter and was told it helps them to start cleaning up for closing. There were several people in need of cutting fabric and ribbon that were forced to leave without the items needed. Very disappointing and won’t be back.

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Sat in line to get fabric cut and when no showed after pressing the button my husband went to ask the lady sitting 6 feet away at a computer if there was an associate available. She cut him off before he could even speak and rudely said “I’m with someone I can’t help you”. Ok so you did see we needed help. Idk who she was with? Maybe they wear ear pieces and she was on a call. A few minutes later a woman came from the bathroom area and snapped at us “sorry I WAS ON MY LUNCH BREAK” ma’am. Why would I as a customer know that? Why is it my fault? And does that mean that no one can get fabric cut for an entire hour each day during your lunch breaks? If so you all need an “out to lunch will return at...” sign. Just gone out of business already. Angels is much better for fabric. Obviously.

Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. The toilets were disgusting.. feces and blood. Floor covered in dust and hair. The sink was brown and caked in dust and scum.
