When asking about a thread holder to use because the one for my Brother sewing machine broke, the lady helping me was shaking her head before I could even finished, stopped me, and said they don't carry any brother products before I could finish my sentence. Once I could, the person just pointed over where they were at and kept visiting with their friend. Zero help.

Only place where I’ve bought fabric over the years as they have an awesome selection! earlier today I had to return two (2) Christmas-Decor items I purchased online; It was a challenging return, Maria attempted to process it, however, her numerous attempts were futile so she called Trevor, the Store Manager, to assist with the transaction; both resolved the issue; the store is short-staffed and is hiring; they were having another one of their fabulous 70% Off-Sale! Thank you Maria and Trevor for your exceptional-customer-service; you are greatly Appreciated ~????

Terrible service. Second time to order curbside. Called when I got to the store to see if they were going to bring out. Each time was told they had to get through the store line before they could help me. What's the point?

I have shopped at Joanna for years---Sorry but the service is getting every Day. Woman (Terrie) working check out is not helpful in anyway. After standing in line a while she starts checking my items then stops checking to answer the phone and then proceeds to call someone asking them about a product- then gets back on phone to let the customer know that she and her coworker do not know the answer..... waiting.. finally get out and I'm not going back.

This store is in serious trouble. For the last year or so, there has been a noticeable decline in every area from staffing, customer service, product selection and cleanliness. The fabric section is so unorganized and God forbid you ask someone in that area for help with fabric cuts. Last time I was waiting in line, I overheard a discussion amongst associates that was very disgusting in nature.Last week we visited for the last time in search of a last minute item for a project. I couldn’t believe the state of the store. There was actual trash littering most aisles, PILES of whatever the dust mop collected just left in several locations. We saw three roaches - some dead, some alive. Truly sad for the sweet, elderly ladies that I’ve seen just wanting to enjoy some sewing time. What a disgrace. If I get the nerve to ever return, I will gladly post pictures here.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to leave a review for online shopping with Joanne. I placed an order online to have it delivered to my home. Instead of sending the order all at once they broke it into pieces. On top of it I only ordered three items but I ordered three of each of those three items. On one of the items they sent me one correct one and two incorrect ones. I honestly don't know how you can make that mistake on such a small order. I sent an email to their customer service and received an automated response that they were "crafting up a response". A couple of days had passed and I hadn't heard anything so I left another email. I do understand that these things sometimes take time but I still haven't heard anything back from customer service. I have to label them as untrustworthy. This is just in my experience.

I honestly felt bad writing this because the cashier was doing her best but I stood in line for 45 minutes to get checked out. It’s a ONE person show here! The line was 6 people deep and no one else in the store came to help to person checking out the customers. Sad!They are hiring so apply apply apply!!

The store was disgusting!!! My friend and I went yesterday and it was so sad to walk through a store that had once been so nice. There was trash everywhere. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks and there were boxes of stuff everywhere. They need to clean up this store!!

It's been a few years since I've been here - sadly, it's gone downhill a bit. Shelves are messy, inventory is down, fabric selections aren't as extensive as they've been before.
