I have been taking my car to Import Car Center over the past several years but will NOT take my car there again. Not sure if it is under new management but my last 3 visits were horrible. My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the summer heat. Import Car charged me for things that did NOT fix my car and required that I had to keep coming back for more diagnostics. Import added Freon to my car, charged me over $500 for that which did not fix my problem. I had to take it to the dealership where they are able to fix the problem which was the air condensor. This required that the dealership put Freon in my car after the repair. Import Car would not refund me the money for the Freon which I paid for 2x due to the incompetence of Import. Prior to this visit I took my car for a repair and they suggested another unnessary repair stating it would likely need to be fixed in the next year or so. Doing both would save me money on the labor. There was no discount applied for the labor. And, also in this same year, I took my car in for service and they said they checked/filled my fluids which was not done.

I have an older BMW 750iL with over 200K miles. I have always received excellent service and quality workmanship at Import Car Center. Cecil, Donnie and Paul have gone the extra mile to keep my " Ultimate Driving Machine" operating as it was designed.

I recently brought my Mercedes Gl450 in for an air suspension malfunction issue. Mike was friendly, direct and answered all questions I had. The price they quoted was high, though surely lower than dealer. They fixed the issue and the service was very good and thorough.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The guys working here did a great job. When I first arrived they didn’t have the filter for my car, so they told me they’d order it and get back to me by the afternoon. Within an hour they had my filter! Great, quick service. Would definitely recommend.

They always do a fantastic job for us. Any concerns are always addressed and they go above and beyond. There hasn't been a single time we have been here that they haven't provided great customer service. That is saying a lot considering my husbands Mercedes is a primadonna .....

great service, they were pretty cool and the got the job done within a day so can’t complain. Also they fixed my windows they would go down a little when rolled up, an didn’t charge extra for it. I actually will be back there for sure. sorry for my bad review before oil light came on when I picked it up an the back seat wasn’t put on all the way but it turned off after a couple hours maybe a bad sensor and the back seat I just clicked back into place. overall I’m thankful they used quality parts, were really nice, and got the job done in a timely fashion????

I have been a customer for many years, but I'm thoroughly disappointed by recent decline in service quality and customer service. Recently I spent almost $4000 on repairs, including installation of new tires and alignment. However, I've noticed that tire noise is bad and car drives wobbly. I went back to the shop 3 times to fix the issue, but they wanted to charge me additional amount to fix more stuff and to rebalance the tires. Skeptical, I went to Costco Tire Center to have them look and discovered that the tires were improperly installed in the first place!!! This can be a safety issue. I went back to I.C.C. and they reinstalled the tires, but they didn't really seem to be sorry. I spent 3 trips back and forth and many hours trying to correct their mistake (which they admitted), but they did not seem sorry. Why should they? They have so many customers now that it takes weeks to get an appointment. They do not care about losing one customer.With bare bones service (not even offering a ride home) they are not really a dealer alternative. I instead recommend finding a repair center through Costco Auto Program for your German cars, where you can get discounted repair rates.Services: Auto maintenance
