Rooms were clean but there is only one working elevator.

Great location with very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Cleaning was thorough and daily during our stay.

Not to the same standard as other Hyatts. Beds are really small and too soft in the center. Rooms were okay overall, bathroom (toilet/tub area) is very small. Breakfast was not very good. No hot tub, which was a huge disappointment.
