We attempted to go to the cash register, but the employee directed us to self checkout and then proceeded to stand so close I could almost feel them breathing on me as we checked out to watch us. If you aren't going to allow the cashiers to check us out and force the customer to use self service, please at least keep a 6 foot distance in the process or ring us up personally.

Does not seek books but pointed me to their other location at A12 that also does not sell more than a small rack of garbage books. Finding a book store in the Dallas airport is a challenge. (Not sure what I was expecting given this is Texas and they e pretty much banned everything worth reading.)

If you need a magazine or some snacks for the flight then this is the place to come. Dunkin' Donuts is also in the same location.

Waited all night for Hudson to open since the airport was so cold I needed a hoodie. Finally it was 4:30 am and I get there and the employees are just showing up. I had to sit and watch them open and hope I wouldn’t miss my flight. Wish they were better prepared so I wasn’t waiting when they should’ve been open.

All this airport has for bottled water is Coco Cola Dasani (PH 5.6) and Smart Water(PH 6.7) both of these are terrible drinking options that do no hydrate the body. This kind of market control should be illegal. Hudson is either victim or partner to this unfortunate control and limitation of free market choice.

Bharti, or whatever the rude employees name is, needs to be fired immediately! Rude lady snatched everything I was buying off the counter and threw it at her register, when another gentleman was ringing me up, and said I would have to go to her register. I don't know who she thinks she is, but I almost snatched her hijab off, but instead I walked away. If you're at DFW, keep walking and go to another store. I would give zero stars if I could.
