Every time I’m here there’s always a massive line and one cashier while other staff just walks around. When I’m here I’m usually in a hurry and always waiting more than 15 minutes

Omg! They refused to put my clothes in a bag unless I paid for the bag!! When did clothing stores in the mall start this drama? Had to carry the clothes thru the mall without a bag coz no way I am paying extra for a bag! Terrible.

Bad experience!Charged for $12.99 for a cloth that I didn’t even bought. And when I complained next day, manager gaslighted me!!

Might as well not go within the last 2 hours they’re open cause they close the fitting rooms early for no reason other than just not wanting to mess with it. I don’t know any other store that does this.

Liz was our cashier and she said every “polite” thing you have to say in customer service but in a deadpan and annoyed manner. You can have a bad day but don’t put that on your customers when your job revolves around customer service. Despite that shout out to all the workers there for making the store look so clean. It’s so hard to keep up with all the people that leave the store a mess and that is definitely recognized.

Beware. They charge customers for the carry bags. No matter what your purchase is. When asked how do you expect customer to carry the purchase if they dont want to "buy" the carry bags, their answer was "by hands".

Very bad customer service at the dressing room. I think the guy there is having a bad day he got upset for everything I did. He said I was not supposed to put the clothes I didn’t want on the table.

For some reason, they close the dressing rooms for some reason at 7:30 even though the store closes at 9. So make sure you get there early to try stuff on so you don’t waste your time.

No wonder there are so many bad reviews for this particular location. Very bad customer service. I recently bought a shirt during black friday and as it was late and they were closing i picked up the only small size shirt there was and didn’t check that the security tag was broken. I bought it and when i reached home i found out it was ruined. I went back to the store again in 2 days with the receipt trying to explain the whole situation but the cashier didn’t budge. He blamed me that i ruined the shirt. And i’m like how do i prove it that it wasn’t me. I asked if he can atleast give me a store credit or exchange it with a similar shirt but he didn’t agree. We had a lot of back and forth argument on this but the cashier started talking rudely. Thats when i gave up and left the store. Mind u i had already called the HnM customer rep the very next day after black friday and talked to them abt the situation and they told me the store will exchange it for u. But they didn’t. Very bad experience and never ever buying anything from HnM again.

This one cashier was so close to making us not buy anything.His name was Preston and he had a really big attitude.We asked if he could check the price and he said rudely,”You check it”.Never once have we had to tell the manager about a certain worker.Please don’t let this happen to anyone else.However the other works and manager were so nice.Thank you!!

The cashiers are really mean and they don’t work. We had this one cashier, Preston, who was honestly very unfair and mean to the people who were actually GIVING the cash. We tried to ask him to let us see the price of our clothes, but he refused, then instead of checking us out first he had to put the censor back in? nonsense. Next time respect the customers, and stop messing around.
