The professionalism and charisma is there sure but dealing was a nightmare. We didn't buy because the negotiations were unreasonable. We found much better pricing and dealing with park place in plano. These people were guaranteeing best price and trade for my vehicle however the price was so high for a used car it almost felt like a scam and based on the rdx being used 26k miles for a 2024 it didn't feel right. We had fair counter offers but we're happy they rejected it.

I had a very pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent. I went in with something in mind, told them what I was looking for according to their website, and they were quick to let me test it.
To be honest I preferred that the salesperson came with me on the test drive. He had a pre planned route that allowed me to fully test the vehicle. Prior to the test drive, he went over the car’s history with me so that there were no surprises and allowed me to fully inspect it.
Afterwards, we returned to the office to discuss deals. I went in with an amount in mind, and he was very agreeable with my considerations. They presented me with a solid value for my trade-in that was in line with KBB.
To their credit they did not try to gouge me with any high interest loans. They fully accepted my bank’s preapproval for me and admitted they weren’t going to run my credit for any better offer, because they didn’t want to affect my credit score.
I would highly recommend at least a visit if you are in the market for a vehicle.
