We just got home from our 1st trip to Great Wolf Lodge and let me tell ya we had a GREAT time!!!! So many fun things to do for the kids and adults, there were 7 of us and we all enjoyed it. I would say the pup passes are definitely worth it, especially if you have more than one kiddo. We went during the week (in off season) crowds were mostly low and not much of a wait for anything. The staff is amazing I have so many favorites! Maranda and Mrs Jenn at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and I loved how they dressed up for howl-o-ween, many of them dressed up and it made it more fun for us. Our server Rachel from the breakfast buffet told us so many neat stories and provided awesome service. The water park is awesome and the lifeguards are very observant and enforce water safety! We opted to bring our own towels and just rented a locker for the day. Damion was at the front of the water park entrance and was very polite and welcoming. We tried several of the attractions bowling, magiquest, laser tag, build a bear, mining, and the arcade. Each of us enjoyed something about everything that we did. We did download the app and keep in contact with “Willow” which helped us a lot. We brought our own drinks and snacks to keep in the room and chose to eat most meals off site. Check out was easy, no overages or unauthorized charges. Overall was happy with our experience, the atmosphere, and the joy on my families faces!

It’s okay, I just think for how much they charge for the rooms they should definitely be nicer, water park be a little bigger & why are we paying $15 for parking? I think you can go to a good water park and get a hotel and it’ll be cheaper than staying here. It’s good for the kids but I was cold unless I was submerged under water. I think overall I’ll come back if I don’t have to pay but I wouldn’t spend my own money to stay again

Hello I'm Cordaro Gardner I originally left a comment back in June and said I had the worst time with my daughter on her birthday I ordered the birthday package.. but after 4:00 to 5 hours after I arrived I never received it. I had to take my money and make other arrangements elsewhere that cost more. And wouldn't you like to know that they replied to my comment said they will reach out to me which they did. But would you believe me it has been almost 5 months and I haven't received anything they told me they would give me a complimentary visit to come back guess what that was a lie. I never received a thing not I thank you card we're sorry card nothing I just got told lies and never received anything don't trust this place and I wish I would have kept my 1300 to myself never again

room had broken fixtures tub faucet hanging off and sink faucet . service was okay but could tell severe lack of leadership and training alot of young teenage staff. no ice anywhere all drink machines broken or no carbonation. for scheduled kids halloween events everything was late mascots all that . the good news is the kids did not notice . last thing major lack of security need some type of kid /parent security system coded bracelets something and some type of staff gaurding door especially at waterpark theres an exit anyone could walk out straight to the parking lot with your kid unnoticed could happen in a second . chuckie cheese at least has a system lmao
Noteworthy details: room cleaning staff good !!

So so disappointed in the establishment. I traveled from Memphis tn, to celebrate my daughters ninth bday. I ordered the birthday package. We checked in at 1pm and was told that my package which includes a pizza, cake, decorations etc.. would be delivered from 2 till 6. 6:15 came and I had to reach back out to them, I was told they were busy ans would try to get to me as early as possible. We waited hours and just decided to cancel the package and get something to else to eat outside of the park. They Ruined a plan I had set up for three months. I really hate this ans they didn't even offer anything to make up for it. I mean nothing not even a Soda. I'll never waste my money again. I'm waiting in my car now and checking out at 6am because me as well as my family aren't happy at all

DO NOT HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE! My family and I had the worst experience here for my son's birthday party. I booked the party package which included use of the party room, waterpark tickets and a cake. The main entrance of the facility is currently under construction. Parking was horrific. The check in area has been relocated to a conference room which was extremely chaotic. You have to be rerouted to get to the party area. There was NOT ONE employee in sight to assist in even asking for directions. So even though I arrived 45 minutes prior to our start time, by the time I found parking, checked in and found the party room we were already 30 minutes into the party. There was a pizza and some drinks left out but during the entire party we never saw an employee or server. Thankfully I brought a cake for my son because they did not provide the cake I paid for and there was no server to assist.
We went to the waterpark and not even 15 minutes in, one of the 6 year old party guests get hurt on the red water slide when you first walk into the park. He gets out of the water with blood streaming down his face. Not one employee or lifeguard came to assist! We were helped by concerned mothers (complete strangers) who just started finding band-aids in their purses, neosporin, one ran to get ice. Myself and another parent ran around the park to find an employee. We finally find the aquatic supervisor, Nick who was in the least bit concerned. There was blood in the water and none of the patrons were asked to leave the area or step out of the pool!!! Nick takes an incident report and says it will be reviewed at the end of the year to see which areas are the most dangerous....that's it.....no first aid, no nothing. This child had to get 3 stitches over his eye that's how serious the situation was. This occurred on 9/21/24 and here I am now still trying to get someone to return my phone calls and emails! Horrible customer service and completely overpriced for what we had to endure.

Overall a great place to take the kids. The hotel was always clean and there was plenty to do. We may consider returning.
Rooms: Our accessibility room was barely adequate because of the platform bed design. No handicap accessible room should ever have a platform bed. Some wheelchair users require the use of a lift to help them get into bed. This means a bed with four legs and under-bed access. This is not an ADA requirement, but should be. This is an easy thing to implement and would make for a much safer stay for your handicapped guests. Sadly, this hotel, like many others, does not care.
Food and drinks: The breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options. The Bucket restaurant was passable. Long waits for mediocre and overpriced food. We opted to drive to nearby restaurants for dinner to get better quality food at a lower cost. Mixed drinks were okay depending on the bartender. One mixed them strong for the given price. Another mixed them exceedingly weak.
Noteworthy details: Water park was clean and not overly busy and staff is friendly. There are not enough elevators, they're slow, and a few broke down during the visit. This caused a bottleneck and frustrated the guests. Accessible parking is also lacking. My estimate is they reserved the bare minimum. We parked halfway across the lot with a wheelchair.

A recommendation for the hotel should be to make the rooms noise insulating. We had a bad night with the sounds at night you can't sleep because of the construction ? at 3 in the morning.
The rest is fine. The room rates are a bit expensive. You have to look for a special discount to be able to come to this place during the week. I wanted to enter the buffet but I saw bad comments. The pizza ? of the place is delicious. I recommend checking out the promotion packages.

Had a great time with the family, Rooms are a little outdated but overall great experience. I would recommend the paw pass for the kids. Comes with perks and free stuff the kids can enjoy. Dont forget to return the towels to! lol
