I had not been back after repeatedly having horrible cuts due to lack of communication. I called first and figured I would take my chances after actually speaking to someone who could speak and understand clear English. I stopped in for last min cut and was surprised and excited that Jennifer is back at the shop. She had me in and out in under 18 mins, perfect cut always has been and you can't beat the price. It's about time the management finally started to get this store back into good hands. If you are needing a new look or just a touch up you should see Jennifer, she has always been so entertaining and always has me cracking up. Everyone that was there was very friendly, professional very clean, and definitely could feel the good energy between the other workers. I will definitely be back and recommend everyone to give this grapevine location on park blvd a second chance.

The manager cut my husband hair and the women was obviously high on something. None of her tools were disinfected and she managed to cut his neck. At the end of the cut she still had the nerve to ask for a tip after his neck was bleeding.

Hadn’t been back to this shop in a few months, and expected a fairly dull time and suitable haircut. Instead, Jennifer actually made it a fun experience while she gave me a great haircut! If you’re reluctant about stopping in, just do it.

Came in for a trim because of time constraints. Wouldn't come back. Lackluster interaction and service, the barber seemed he was barely paying attention and spent more time checking on the front door and rushing through the haircut so he could get to the other customers before his coworkers. Barely tried to get any of the hair clippings off my face or head afterwards. Haircut sufficed, but would not come back to this Great Clips.

Went in for a haircut today. A black young lady cut my hair. Worst haircut ever. I left looking like a chemo patient with bald spots on my head. Also, she cut above my ears wayyyyyyyy too short. I'm not quite sure what's required to work here, but it seems like they just hire anybody. Shame on this place.
