Grapevine, Lincoln is the best place to get a new vehicle, hands-down.I worked with a gentleman named Chris in sales, he was very informative and went the extra mile.I also worked with a gentleman named Greg in their finance / loan department. He was able to get me a vehicle, even without perfect credit at a good rate and monthly payment.I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to speak with Chris and Greg a Grapevine Lincoln. The entire team was extremely helpful in completing the purchase of my new Lincoln Aviator. From Michael Massey in sales to Greg in closing and Bob in service, all were dedicated to making sure my concerns were noted and a successful resolution was made to make the sale happen. Beware of buying cars from this dealership. When we call for service, they’re typically pretty far out on scheduling. I usually just need standard oil change etc. so waiting a week or is not big deal. However, my last service need was a check engine light and display monitor not working and Grapevine Lincoln’s earliest available time was 2 months out. Needless to say I found another dealership.

I ordered a new Lincoln Aviator from Mark Grabowski at Grapevine Lincoln. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was always there if I had a question and quick to respond. I love my new car and would buy from Mark again!!

He knows all the 'bells and whistles' in this vehicle, and has been - by far - the best salesman that I have ever worked with. - Mike has a genuine passion for the cool attributes of my new Lincoln and I would be disappointed if I can't work with him again.

This is definitely a 5 star dealership. Everyone was helpful, answered all my questions and worked with me until all was a perfect fit for my needs and wants. I’ll be happy to drive that 3 hours again just to do business with them again.

They claim to be a luxury car dealership with luxury oriented services - they are not. These guys continue to use Covid as an excuse to offer horrible service. Trying to schedule service that requires a loaner vehicle - what a joke! Bringing car in for slipping transmission (3rd time, total rebuild 9 months ago) - you have to first deal with an automated telephone system that then fails to transfer you to a Service Advisor - it just continues to loop back around in an infinite loop gathering your info, stating it is transferring you only to start back at the beginning (reported this to a contact and it is still that way a week later). Finally forced our way to talk to a human being - he gathered the information and was sending it to an Advisor but that with the requirement for a loan car (they kept our car 4 weeks last time) that the Advisor would have to call us to schedule. After a week with no call back, we attempted to reach the Advisor - the person taking the service information is remote (and likely not an employee) stated he has no means to connect us with a human at the dealership. Had to physically go there today to talk with an Advisor - the scheduled appointment is for NOVEMBER 9th - TWO MONTHS after requesting service needs! (we had to wait 6 weeks last year for an appointment). Planning to sell this car and never again deal with Lincoln, and any dealership under this management.

Mr. Massey and Chris were great. This was our first time at a Lincoln dealer and honestly we weren't expecting the reception we received. First we thought we are going out of our level and we expected the typical type of car salesman you find in other dealers, but true to the level of high-class of the Lincoln brand, they kept their interaction at that level. They were not pushy, instead they listened to our needs and really strived to get us what we wanted, but ended up getting us something better than we expected. It was a great experience from first entering the door to signing at finance. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking at getting a Lincoln or just want to see a Lincoln.

I just bought my second car from Grapevine Lincoln and I'm always treated great. My salesman was Michael Massey and both times, he's gone out of his way to help you find the perfect car you're looking at. After you find it, he spends so much time going over ALL the features with you and wants to make sure, you've seen every feature, then spends a lot more time, showing you the way every feature works! You will be treated like family here, and especially with Michael Massey! Wonderful and great experiences both times I've purchased from them! You will not be disappointed!!

Very disappointed. Went with an appointment set up but when arrived about 30 minutes early we waited and waited. Not busy at all. Finally a man came out and very blah personality. Not a customer service guy at all. No thank you, no nothing. Didn’t really want to assist us. Left and will never return. I had heard it was a very unfriendly dealership from two of my friends. One walked in ready to buy a car and no one looked up to acknowledge her presence. So after 20 minutes waiting and no response, she left and went to David McDavid in Frisco. Great customer service there.Another friend last week was ready to purchase and same type situation. What is wrong here? Not welcoming at all.Never to return but I don’t think they care.
