Very good dealership, not your typical car dealership sales scam. See Michael Massey. Very professional and knowledgeable-not pushy .

They claim to be a luxury car dealership with luxury oriented services - they are not. These guys continue to use Covid as an excuse to offer horrible service. Trying to schedule service that requires a loaner vehicle - what a joke! Bringing car in for slipping transmission (3rd time, total rebuild 9 months ago) - you have to first deal with an automated telephone system that then fails to transfer you to a Service Advisor - it just continues to loop back around in an infinite loop gathering your info, stating it is transferring you only to start back at the beginning (reported this to a contact and it is still that way a week later). Finally forced our way to talk to a human being - he gathered the information and was sending it to an Advisor but that with the requirement for a loan car (they kept our car 4 weeks last time) that the Advisor would have to call us to schedule. After a week with no call back, we attempted to reach the Advisor - the person taking the service information is remote (and likely not an employee) stated he has no means to connect us with a human at the dealership. Had to physically go there today to talk with an Advisor - the scheduled appointment is for NOVEMBER 9th - TWO MONTHS after requesting service needs! (we had to wait 6 weeks last year for an appointment). Planning to sell this car and never again deal with Lincoln, and any dealership under this management.

I bought my BLACK LABEL Lincoln at this dealership and while sales is good and had great customer service THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! OH MY GOSH!!!! I have made a few service appointments over the time of owning my 2021 and every time there is an issue. EVERY TIME! Why own a Black Label and be excited about the service that comes with it when it is just a lie and there is no service with it. Oh yes oil changes are covered with valet service if you can ever get them to actually keep their word. Booked in advance still same issue. Just excuses is what you get then they want you to change your schedule to meet their needs not what works for you hence why you book the appointment in advance. Finally got to speak with the service Manager Steven and wow what a let down. They made the error now I am supposed to still move my appointment to another day or time. SERIOUSLY WHY BOOK AN APPOINTMENT! SOOOOOOOO disappointed with this service department!

We just bought a 2023 Lincoln Navigator from Matt at Grapevine, Lincoln. It is obvious Matt has sold a lot of vehicles. He was very knowledgeable, politite, helpful and worked us through getting this vehicle despite the shortage of vehicles he was able to get the colors and features we wanted. While some dealerships have sales people who are very rude during the shortages, Matt is polite, takes the time to walk you through options and is honest about the issues the shortages have caused.

I own a Lincoln and my lease expires soon. I contacted Grapevine Lincoln about a car they had advertised. i asked for their best price. They wouldn't answer my question...just kept telling me to come in and test drive. Then a few days later the manager contacted me to ask if I had received good service. I emailed him back explaining no and told him what would have made it a good experience. I also asked several questions. He didn't even bother to reply. Guess they don't need my business, maybe they don't need yours either.

We recently purchased a 2020 Lincoln Navigator black label the vehicle was shipped to us from them from Texas to Alabama we have text messages and photos they told us it was an excellent condition when it arrived there were 300 more miles on it than what was stated on the adometer when we bought it the interior has black smudges and marks all over it there was sand and mud all throughout the floorboard There were scratches on the outside of the vehicle the running boards had nicks and dings all in it one side of the running boards does not go in-and-out as it should we paid $600 for an extra key that we did not receive we were told that it had headphones and remotes for all the DVD players it did not when it got here we have spoken to them several times they have not gone out of their way to correct any of the issues we had it detailed they said they would pay for it now they will not we have photos of all the damage whenever arrived we have the text messages where they said the vehicle was in excellent shape which it is not so I would not deal with this Company as they false advertise their vehicles or they try to pass the buck on to someone like the shipper which was the person they hired therefore it's not our responsibility if the shipper did something wrong it's their shipper they're responsible for it.

Like several others, good luck getting a loner car. We had warranty work done on a rear entertainment screen and it has failed again. 86,00 miles on this Navigator. There is a rattle when it starts up that the last service advisor said that Lincoln didn't have a fix for yet. When we pressed for a loner, they came back with Late February. Nice that it will be out of warranty by then. I don't feel that this is a respectable way to do business. We are done with Lincoln products and Grapevine Lincoln dealership for good. Time to go back to an Escalade.

I could not get an actual service person on the phone at Grapevine Lincoln. I called left a message, and waiting a week no call back. I did get a call to set up oil change, but she could not address any other issues. I called the next week, and asked for sales instead of service. The salesperson I spoke with went to the service department and hand delivered a message to call me back. Finally got a call to discuss issues. When transporter called to pick up my car, he didn't have a loaner car for me. I specifically asked for a loaner and waited an extra week so I could get said loaner car. There is a definite lack of communication within their service infrastructure.

Place definitely has communication problems big time! Made an appt over a week ago and specifically said that I needed a loner. (They sell you on this when buying the car but than make a big deal about getting you one.) Show up for my 8am appt and guess what; No loner. Won't buy another Lincoln again; not because of vehicle but because of the unfriendly service department. BMW had the best service!!

Amazing experience in getting Lincoln Corsair. Michael is the most courteous and helpful car salesman I have ever met in my life. Dru Kaba has exceptional process for lending team. I will be sending my girlfriend to trade in her Porsche soon. Auto industry should shadow the efficiency and professionalism of this groups process. Highly recommend!!

Purchased my 22 Lincoln Corsair from Matthew. The process was painless and fast. They actually have cars on the lot so that helps too I live near a Lincoln dealership but drove further to buy here due to the stock, salesman and streamlined process

Since I'm on yelp, and posted everywhere else. May as well tell it all. Had 2 recalls on my 2018 Navigator. Took it in, sales rep was super cool said that i really only need to do one of the 2 but if I wanted to do the other bring it in later (now, these are covered by lincoln). Got the 1st, When I Called back for the 2nd all of a sudden it was "this going to cost this and that, you need to pay this upfront and we MAY BE ABLE" The 2nd, The pompous arrogance of their salesforce. Recently They randomly called me to query about trading in my 2018 Navi, told him I just got it, this asshole's response "that's a lot of miles for a vehicle you just got". MY REPLY "that's not your concern". Definitely not a good look. Just not a good vibe overall

Just another typical trash typical "used care salesman" games going on. Called in on a specific vehicle and spoke to Maxwell! Don't let the friendly voice fool you. I asked about a specific 1 vehicle on the lot and his words "I'm looking at it right now and I'll pull it up front so it's ready when you get here." Well needless to say I drove 30+ minutes and clown man Maxwell says "man I am so sorry they just took that vehicle back and it has rat damage but we have a red one 2k cheaper." This clown is telling me this while I'm physically looking at the exact vehicle sitting out in the parking lot! Needless to say I just finished purchasing the exact same car from a different dealership and decided the extended warranty just cause the sales guy was nice. Cash deal and out the door in under 2 hours. Maxwell and leadership you could've had one of the easiest sales ever but instead your lying and manipulation cost you.

Absolute WORST experience...RUN!!! Forced LoJack and an "extra key"...over $1k of additional dealer accessory add ons that I did not ask for or want. They finally adjusted the price of the vehicle to allow those items. We already had our financing in place and was pre-approved with our lender. The dealership told us they would not allow outside financing. This was one I've never heard. After almost two hours of being at the dealership and finally making it back to the finance Dept, the guy could get me a better interest rate if I bought an extended warranty through the dealership?? What?! What difference should that make? Then tried charging over $2k more in sales tax fees than they previously told me. This was also going to raise my monthly payment $30/mo. Mind you, it was previously listed correctly on the 'final deal proposition' that was emailed to me 2 days before we made the 4.5 hour trip down. They "weren't sure how that happened" or why the difference. Arkansas state sales tax on a vehicle is 6.5% though they wanted to charge/collect 9.75%. I called my local DMV office (on speaker) for the amount verification. The guy in finance heard the amount with his own ears and said they're required to go by the info they have. Complete bull! We live 4.5hrs away so it was important to handle all negotiations ahead of time to make sure we were set beforehand. My ride was a one-way ride so I had to book a last minute flight home because of this nightmare!!! We're now out gas money, time off work, and a plane ticket...with no new vehicle. We dealt with Blane, Debi, and the finance guy's last name is Nyugen.
