I have been publicly critical of what I previously experienced in sales process.
Today I would like to recognize the service department, in particular Eli Husien, my service advisor and Steve the service Manager.
These two individuals in particular Eli, stepped up and made a known Ford issue with the coyote 5.0 intake manifold into what I thought was an above and beyond service experience.
Eli found the only OE intake in America as there are over 4000 back orders. Unfortunately, it was found defective when it was installed.
I was able to find a manifold in the “Dorman” after market and Steve took my problem into his own hands and made it work.
I am a huge fan of how I was treated in the last several weeks.
Thank you to you both and Grapevine ford for making what could’ve been a horrible experience into a very positive result.
I can only hope that Ford does the right thing to help the thousands of people that are dealing with this issue and help take away the stresses that you are putting your customers and your service team through.
