Staff is very friendly but this is just a place that fixes your car. Nothing more, nothing less. No loaner car while yours is being repaired and they won't even wash your car when they're done fixing it. You're just a number. Meh

Called to set up an appointment with service. Was given a date and time for the appointment and told it would take a few hours. Fast forward a few days and I show up to my appointment at the scheduled time only to find out that my appointment wasn't scheduled and that they would like to keep my truck for 2-3 weeks in order to do a 2 hour job. Waste of time

I wish I could rate the Grapevine Ford service department a zero!If you read the Grapevine Ford reviews on the major review websites, it is strikingly apparent that their primary focus is on the sale. Except for the flim-flam Finance Department, they seem to do a fairly decent job at selling vehicles.It difficult to comprehend how a dealership can survive while providing such incredibly poor customer service. I don’t really have the words to describe it. Its breathtaking!First of all, you can’t call there department representatives directly. Service calls are taken by some remote call center. All the call center reps can do is try to connect you directly to the service department. I tried four times today, and was never able to get through, so the call cener rep sent the Service Manager (Scott?) a message for him to call me. That was over three hours ago!I finally decided to the Five Star Ford service department. They, literally answered the phone, answered all my questions and resolved my problem in less than 15 minutes!

Always disappointing experience here. Save your time, energy, and money and go anywhere else. I was sold a 'luxury vehicle' at Lincoln and told I would have all these perks like free loaner vehicles when my car needed servicing and how easy getting my cars oil change and free car washes etc would be... nothing could be further from the truth. It is a complete hassle and pain to even get an appointment scheduled here. Let alone anytime in near future- 5 weeks out for an oil change?!? That's the soonest available appointment?! Every other Ford dealership I could get in same day, same week, I have never had to wait anywhere near this long. Then telling me my warranties will be voided if I take somewhere else! Last time I took my car in for a checkup I scheduled way ahead and they couldn't find a loaner car, turns out they are actually very limited and basically not available. They have never been available when I've checked. The driver to come pick up from house and take also always unavailable... okay I'll just wait, well the whole 'should be quick' turned into multiple hours... I would chalk it up to okay things happen and wait times are an estimate... not a huge deal, frustrating and annoying yes, but lesson learned I'll get a ride next time. I also wish I didn't have to keep coming here. I felt totally slighted by the front desk lady- she did not even bother to greet me, she saw me and ignored me, I went over and greeted her and introduced myself stating my appointment time, she just says 'okay'. Terrible customer service skills. I had to ask where is was supposed to sit and wait and she just points... found the little snack/coffee bar - was out of water and needed to be descaled... messy and unorganized. Def nowhere near a 'luxury experience' I was sold. I wish I could take my car to any of the car places near me- everyone I have been in is nicer than this one. People are nicer too everywhere else which actually matters.

Pete R. was great as a service manager for my appointment. I did not feel pressured to have to pay for additional services that are not needed.
