We will fix your credit; remove all negative items, clear loans, collections and hard inquiries and also raise your score to 760+ ASAP. These were the exact words from M. ***** when I contacted him via JERRYLINKGROUP at GMAIL dot COM. I decided to give ********* CREDIT GROUP a try and to my greatest surprise it worked out for me. In less than 11days after all documentation; my score drastically increased to 810 across the three national credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), I could no longer sight evidence of collections, negative marks, mortgage loan, collections and hard inquiries on my credit report. I honestly appreciate Mr. ***** for fixing my credit.

To be told that a car is an inventory and to then drive all the way over there and when you get there they tell you we sold that 15 minutes ago .... I bet you that car was sold weeks ago ... they're going to start lying about that there's no telling what else they're going to lie to you about .... I wouldn't do business with people like this I matter how good the deal looked.CAREFUL!

Does anyone want to consider a class action lawsuit against this dealership? Their deceptive ways are unlawful and from the looks of the reviews everyone except a few has had the exact same experience. I've been buying newly used cars for years and have never experienced such horrible and incompetent service. They simply don't care. Once they connive and get your money, forget about them being of assistance. The salesperson said he had to tell the service person to get off his phone and finish my car I bought 2 weeks prior. What's worse, they never did the work. Literally nothing and scammed me for a certified car that was never looked at. I will to see them in court. I forgot to mention they scratched the tint on my car. I hadn't taken possession of the car that's how I know it was them.

Rich was amazing!! I appreciate him listening to my concerns, keeping me updated on where my vehicle was in the service process and for being super professional and polite. He provided detailed information concerning my vehicle and straight to the point recommendations. I will for sure come back to him to schedule any future services. 5 stars to the service department/the whole service team. Thank you for your expertise!!

If you want a smooth process this is NOT the place to go. I have purchased cars in the past and have never dealt with this. I had to take time off work multiple times to sign paperwork, I had my windshield replaced (which I had to suggest about 3 different times before I was able to), I had to call to follow up on the time because I was told to take the vehicle but never received confirmation. I also had to call to follow up on my plates. Don not recommend this dealership at all and will never buy a vehicle from there again.

I was told that both my batteries were no longer good on my 2 year old 2021 2500 ram. I took my original batteries home and tested them. The original batteries were good all they needed was to be recharged. I was lied to by the dealership just so they could charge me for a costlier fix. They obviously need source of revenue since their lot is overflowing with vehicles they can't sell.

I broke my grab bar handle in my Jeep wrangler and the great thing was Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep had my part in stock. When I called the person that answered the phone was polite and right to the point. Told me my part was in stock and I told him I would see him shortly. Usually people think you're not gonna just come up there right away but when I got there, he had my part waiting on counter. It was simple to find the place and I was in and out. To me that's good service!

If I could give a negative I would. Beware of taking your vehicle of any kind there for service. My experiences, yes I gave them multiple opportunities, have been disappointing at best. If I were you, I would find another place. Work is sloppy, if even complete. Slow to respond. Dont keep you in the know. Don't take ownership of poor workmanship. Recommend you find another place. Your warranty is good at any dealership. Avoid this one

Went today to pick a vehicle to purchase but the sales manager was rude and unprofessional. Because my credit union will be doing the financing he tossed me my car keys to leave and stop wasting his time. Worse customer service I went across the street the Chevy dealership.

***BUYERS BE AWARE*** DO NOT waste your time, effort, energy, and your hard-earned money here. These are serious RED FLAGS about this dealership:1. Went on a Thursday, arrived around 1pm, was greeted by the salesperson, Adam, and he welcomed me into his office, which is very usual. ***RED FLAG came when he stated his boss needed him to go to a meeting, and he was gone for almost an hour before came back to me, completely unacceptable.2. This dealership WILL run your credit (Hard Inquiry) prior to giving you a test drive. I suppose maybe it's due to the fact I shared I worked in the auto finance industry, and it was one of those hostage holding tactics they used to add pressure for me to purchase from them.3. All of the pricing for new inventory, customers are forced to financed through Chrysler Capital with horrendous APR (5-10% more than what you could probably get from a bank or a credit union). If you chose not to finance through Chrysler Capital, be prepared to see the Out-the-door price to increase by 5-10k more.4. Wade, the sales manager, was polite at the beginning, started acting very douche-y and irritated when he came up with the finance options and I took my time to read through all the numbers. As a customer, I can and should read through everything before I sign the paper.Hope these red flags will help you decide where you want to buy your nest vehicle. Personally, I WILL NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, it is quite laughable and an insult.

This was my post on our Nextdoor Neighbors site last Weekend!WARNING!Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler Dealership in Grapevine should be held accountable.?DODGE Grapevine had our truck in for engine repair for over 3 weeks.I originally gave them the benefit of the doubt since he knew they were dealing with the extended warranty we hadpurchased that could take extra time. Then, once they said the engine was good to go… they called in the 4th week to say the A/C was out and needed to be fixed.Took another week for that repair. At 4:30pm last Friday, the 25th, we picked it up, and before I drove it off the lot, I noticed the entire middle console was emptied. Sunglasses, reading glasses, safety glasses, gloves, Lowe’s Credit card, loose change and extra phone chargers, misc items were all gone. Turned on the ignition and no cool air blowing whatsoever. I went right back inside to visit with the manager. Of course…he was not available. The service manager, John, told me there was nothing he could do about the theft. This is absolutely unbelievable. Two others were in line behind me had similar, awful stories to share.I don’t trust them. Anyone there in the service dept.I left and went straight to auto zone, added freon and got A/C working. We have lived in Grapevine since 1986.Bought 2 other Dodge vehicles from Grapevine over the years.NEVER EVER again.Just sharing this unfortunate scenario.I do plan to share this in all social media….as our email to the General Mgr has yet to be answered.????Then…today(8/31) is the latest..And so the saga continues!!!!….Received our Lowe’s credit card statement and low and behold…whoever stole our things from our truck’s console decided to take our Lowe’s credit card to two of our local Lowe’s stores and purchase paint sprayers, painting tools, cordless combo kits, gift cards, detergent AND outdoor cameras (imagine that) to the tune of $3015.90.NOT Funny those losers felt the need to buy outdoor cameras for security.?Kudos to Lowe’s for closing our card immediately ! ? …directing us to the fraud dept and taking our statement. Oh and yes I did say it was Grapevine Dodge Dealership who had our truck in their possession on 8/18…when these purchases were made.I’ve since left a message for Grapevine’s Police crime/investigative dept at 5:30pm today, as I do plan to file a theft report against this place.Kevin called Grapevine Dodge and once again the General Mgr was not able to take his call. ?Guess who will be going by there tomorrow in person!

I have owned my Jeep Compass for about 3 years now. Over the years I’ve moved a handful of times and have gone to multiple dealerships for oil changes, recalls, to part replacement. This location specifically has given me nothing but issues and awful customer service. This location has made me feel as though there is a lack of care for others property and honestly I felt discriminated against for being a woman by the staff on multiple occasions. I was dismissed the entire time until I brought my boyfriend in. There was only resolution when he was in the building with me. I have been ignored by Joshua, and the manager Brandon. I’ve asked for follow up and to speak with management about it and one individual I spoke with backed up Joshua’s behavior and made excuses the entire time. I am absolutely in shock and appalled with the experience I have received.I had to bring my vehicle in because it wasn’t starting and wouldn’t hold a jump. I had my car towed in by my insurance. From the start I worked with Joshua, when I went in to find out how long I’d have to wait for a follow up. I was told a few days, when asking about rentals and such I was told “We have nothing for you” and there was no help in trying to get it sorted. After a few days I received an inspection report that showed nothing was wrong with my car. I was the one who had to call and ask about what was wrong the response I got was “Someone forgot to fill it out”. At this point it had been about a week. I asked for an explanation and an updated service link and report I got the impression over the phone as of I was annoying him and a burden to his day. After getting an updated report the pricing didn’t align and seemed like a lot. When I brought that to his attention he said “I guess I coded it wrong in the system, must have forgotten to adjust to a specific shop labor cost.” At this point I was frustrated because there were a lot of things getting forgotten or not being done properly with no reassurance there’s was extra care being taken with my vehicle. When I came to pick my vehicle up I noticed that my front end was bent, the paint was chipped, and my flood light was busted. ( from my tow companies photos it was not like that when I dropped it off). I went back to Joshua to address it and the first thing he said was “Okay cool, let’s look at it”. When he saw the damage he said “it may have happened here” and “Shit Happens”. After I showed him the time stamp photo proof it did happen I requested to speak to his manager John, who ultimately never responded to any communications I sent him. After asking for camera footage we learned it came from another tow company who has since repaired and took care of me far better than this dealership did. This location needs to strongly analyze their service staff on how they treat their clients. It’s been about a month I have yet to receive a follow up conversion from the owner. The lack of communication as a whole is disappointing and disturbing. The negligence with other peoples property is sad and shocking.

We went in Monday August 21st because our Chrysler 200 stalled on us that morning with my two toddlers. So we unexpectedly had to have it towed to the dealership to be looked at. Miracle happened and the car started just enough battery juice to make it to the dealership parts place. So we canceled the tow and waited for my money back later that day on my debit card. Anywho, while there since my car is paid off, we wondered if it was going to be worth any for a trade in. Long story short it was not going to be worth as much as we were expecting. So me and my hunny had some money saved and decided while waiting there for the diagnostic for our other vehicle why not just take a chance and go look at the SUVs.We looked at quite a few some of them not big enough till we saw the black Acura and it’s a three row seater! Perfect for our maybe growing family but for now it’s way big enough for the two car seats that we have to have finally sealed the deal 6 hours later! Walked out of there with a beautiful car! Thanks guys And FYI we were not at all no means think that we were going to buy a car that day!
