Nicely organized and everything is clearly and reasonably priced. There was complimentary small water bottles which was very appreciated on a hot day. Easy to spend hours here.

I'm not sure where to begin, but I just want to empathize how our visit was not a very welcoming one. When we first walked in, we noticed the display cases to the immediate right. I love vintage jewelry, and there were two pieces that caught my eye. I inquired, and the female employee obliged and opened the cases. I was shown the two pieces, and that was the extent of it. I asked a few questions about them, and that's when the ignorance began. I could feel the unwanted vibe. I thanked her for her time and moved on through the store. Now, as we checked out, I again inquired about the ring. I asked if there was not a way for me to get in touch with the seller. She just stood there looking at me, all while the guy checking out next to us asked the older guy to call the seller because he wanted a discounted price. That was the moment we realized this lady just did not want to help us. However, after I asked if I could leave my name and number, is when she handed me a piece of paper. I left my info, and she said, "The next time I see her, I'll give her your info".. thanks, but no thanks. Also, thanks for not wrapping my metal clock. If you felt the need to ask if I wanted my stuff wrapped, then no thanks. You wrapped the customer's stuff before us, but I guess my stuff wasn't worth your time. I get it. We are the wrong beige to receive fair treatment.

OMG! you can get lost, but knowledgeable staff appear, to take your things to the counter, find things, chat - what a great place, esp w brownies being baked, enveloping shoppers with delicious aroma! Can't wait to come back, with a bigger trunk!

Oml I love this place so much. I can come in & do a "quick sweep" in 30 minutes or spend 2 hours in here just looking at everything, I think I've spent over 300 on lanterns too, if you're looking for a niche object 9/10 times it's here & a lot of the staff knows where it would be & how to find it for you! Edit: I completely forgot to add the tea room! They have some great sandwiches (I believe I got a Reuben) & Dr Pepper in a glass

Great place to find stuff. Vinyl records, coins, clothing, furniture, guitar shop upstairs. I was there for one reason… Nostalgic Nerd video games. Glad to see that Otter has a nice setup. It is the most unique space at the shop.

Really cool place and found a ton of neat items. But was followed around the store by an older woman who kept asking to take merchandise out of my hands. The guy who checked me out seemed fine, but she stood behind him watching him ring me up the entire time. While shopping, every time I turned around she was there and when I picked up a wooden basket she nearly ran up to me asking to take it from my hands. So weird, so strange, so rude. I came on here to read the comments and clearly I’m not the only one. Do better .
