Amazing, friendly staff! This was my first time donating and they were sweet enough to talk to me about getting a receipt and explaining it without being annoyed or bothered. I'm sure they get asked that all the time but I appreciated the kindness! Definitely coming back to this location.

Goodwill, Fort Worth does not care about its employees. It laid people off during a crisis and refused to help when I have asked as much as I can. How can a company claim to care about its customers, community or employees if it does something like that to an innocent person during a crisis?

I didn’t know Goodwill had boutiques for high-end women’s apparel! I just found out last week and I came to the Keller location on the perfect day...it’s their monthly half-off sale. Amazing finds and I can’t believe the fab clothes I just bought!!
