One day my husband’s car was not operating properly. He took it to German Car Care but they were about to close for the day. The owner and one of his employees stayed until the problem was fixed. This was the epitome of great customer service and going over and beyond what was expected.

Superb Manager and staff. Trustworthy, technical knowledge and communication is way beyond expectations. I will recommend go to this shop before you even think about MB dealership.I will never go to Plano or Grapevine dealers or any other shop.

Super communicative, professional, and respectful. Called asking if they could fit my car in their week, they took it in same day and finished my Audi by noon the next day. Couldn’t pick my car up that day, and they held my car overnight at no charge. Cheaper than the dealership. Faster than the dealership. Better communication than the dealership. Price was fair. Washed my car without me having to even ask. 10/10 will return for all my Audi service needs.

I just needed an oil change, cabin filter normal B check for my Mercedes. I didn't know you should make a reservation ahead of time but I was lucky, it was a lite slow and they were able to hook me up. I also had an issue with my windshield washer nozzles not working and they found a clog and didn't charge me. I stayed and worked remotely from there very clean waiting room with coffee and water. They were nice and ill be back.
