This is the worst company ive been waiting on a refund since December 16 i have all documents and recipients for items returned and cant seem to get my refund customer service is horrible ive been told several different things from call representatives and their supervisor no one can tell me any useful information i recommend making purchases from other venders that are more accountable

Ummm i live in san diego and have never ordered any gamestop products from texas. Ive never even been to texas. Somehow they got my credit card information. They charged 2 charges of $163 and sent me two packages that im never going to open because heck no. I looked up the address n found this sketchy factory with sketchy pictures. This company is using gamestop as a cover up. And looking at the recent other reviews just validates my claim. Someone needs to investigate this place.
ALSO, there was a number connected to those charges which i called to say wtf, but i got an answering system giving options for cheap vacations and cheap family wifi. Like what...???

I had ordered skyrim elder scrolls v special edition for a ps4. I had waited almost a full work week to get it and play. But once it got here it was all scratched up and was completely unrecognizable. I had saved up some extra money over the years used it all on shipping and it was a complete wast of my money. I had only got the money for the game back but the 10 dollar shipping fee was not even paid back. This left me very disappointed for this store

I ordered an item on August 16 of this year and today is December 17 look how long it is what is really going on with GameStop corporation? I order something online but I canceled the item when I got my refund back. They only gave me a little bit but after that, it just disappeared out of my account. My question is who is in charge in GameStop in this corporation cause when I call customer service I’m not sure if the line is being transferred from a different state or country and Indian person answers the call and I’m not sure if they are the ones who are not doing their job right Because I think they are the ones who are stealing our money what I mean is the customers money I’m not trying to mislead or say bad stuff about them, but to be honest I’m not sure who is doing the job right it’s like if anybody purchased anything in GameStop they cannot be trusted And also doesn’t matter where does the phone call being transfer and whoever’s behind it and answer it I’m a little bit disappointed, and very mad around this time. also, I got video to prove that I did call and I’m gonna post it online and I hope GameStop corporation would basically supposedly do their job right and do some sort of investigation they sound like the police department by saying every single time investigation I bet also there are some other people having this type of similar situation as I am having.😡🤬🤦🏻♂️🎱🔮☯️

The quality of the packing of a 450usd game console going cross county via USPS GROUND tells me I got ripped off. What a lazy ass bunch of Texans. From the used crushed box, the one strip of tape, and the lack of bubble wrap for the console. If Gamestop believes in their refurbished console prices then the packing quality and materials used would reflect that. The NOT WORKING game console came to me with the rear cover tabs pulled away, banging around in the box with the conytroller, both unprotected. At 480usd including tax their should have been a naked picture of the supervisors wife in the bottom of the box.

Sends out customers items bent and destroys to fit packaging half its size. This was clearly done on purpose and with malice. This person needs to lose their jobs. GameStop never responded.

I worked here for a week with ONTRACK staffing, people are stealing things out of the lockers, my things were stolen yesterday, nobody handles anything professionally, everything is so disoriented and the locker security is unprofessional. Adriana the temp service lady is very rude when I asked her why I was fired for no specific reason she said she will “try” to find out. Very sad

My boyfriend was working for this company in York, PA. Loved it. Was only there for 2 months before they Laid off over 155 employees and literally give them a week to find another job.( Orignally they were giving 2 months notice). A WEEK LATER, Every day they would get a text saying not to come in.....So we file unemployment and tell them he had gotten laid off due to shutting down. GAMESTOP IS LYING and telling unemployment he was terminated. He had paper work to back this up and if you type it in Google it says lays off. So why were denied unemployment!? Because this company lies and doesn't care about their employees. Game stop should have paid them for those 2 months until company was shut down. But doesn't want to pay their employees. His last pay check from them was literally 100. This company is a joke.

Ordered my package 12/20/23, and it was sent to a completely different address. I noticed the address was wrong so I called immediately then spent two hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone just to have them say I waited too long and now it can’t be changed. To contact fedex, so I did and it’s been sitting at the fedex warehouse since 12/22/23 and GameStop has yet to answer their phones because I have to have them file a claim. WHY PUT A PHONE NUMBER IF YOU DONT ANSWER

So I purchased a VR 2 for PS5 12 hours ago for $550.00 . The guy that sold it to me opened it on the counter while I was paying for it . We take it home and never even take it out of the box , we go to return it the next morning because we decided we want a quest 3 instead and they will not refund my money even tho I have the receipt . The reason they won't is because it has been opened , and I told him yes you guys had opened it in store while I was buying it and it had already been opened because he said it was their display model . I was told it was brand new and they r the ones that opened it now I'm stuck with a 500 $ used display vr and they refuse to help me .

I ordered a refurbished PS4 online and it came from this location. Received it today and the console was packaged so poorly. The inside box (holding the console) had one small piece of packaging bubble under the console. So guess what? The console could freely bounce around in the box…and totally crack the fan plate. Thankfully my local GameStop had a replacement in stock, and helped avoid a real holiday crisis.

Gamestop's customer service regarding online orders is a scam. My order was placed on Tuesday morning and shipped out the same night. It was scheduled to be delivered to me on Friday and ended up getting lost in the mail. I called and talked to two separate gentlemen who both informed me that not only could I not speak to a supervisor regarding the issue but proceeded to tell me that they would not refund the shipping cost for the late arrival even though they guarantee this. Do yourself a favor, do not buy anything from them online.
