I worked here for a week with ONTRACK staffing, people are stealing things out of the lockers, my things were stolen yesterday, nobody handles anything professionally, everything is so disoriented and the locker security is unprofessional. Adriana the temp service lady is very rude when I asked her why I was fired for no specific reason she said she will “try” to find out. Very sad

My boyfriend was working for this company in York, PA. Loved it. Was only there for 2 months before they Laid off over 155 employees and literally give them a week to find another job.( Orignally they were giving 2 months notice). A WEEK LATER, Every day they would get a text saying not to come in.....So we file unemployment and tell them he had gotten laid off due to shutting down. GAMESTOP IS LYING and telling unemployment he was terminated. He had paper work to back this up and if you type it in Google it says lays off. So why were denied unemployment!? Because this company lies and doesn't care about their employees. Game stop should have paid them for those 2 months until company was shut down. But doesn't want to pay their employees. His last pay check from them was literally 100. This company is a joke.

Ordered my package 12/20/23, and it was sent to a completely different address. I noticed the address was wrong so I called immediately then spent two hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone just to have them say I waited too long and now it can’t be changed. To contact fedex, so I did and it’s been sitting at the fedex warehouse since 12/22/23 and GameStop has yet to answer their phones because I have to have them file a claim. WHY PUT A PHONE NUMBER IF YOU DONT ANSWER

So I purchased a VR 2 for PS5 12 hours ago for $550.00 . The guy that sold it to me opened it on the counter while I was paying for it . We take it home and never even take it out of the box , we go to return it the next morning because we decided we want a quest 3 instead and they will not refund my money even tho I have the receipt . The reason they won't is because it has been opened , and I told him yes you guys had opened it in store while I was buying it and it had already been opened because he said it was their display model . I was told it was brand new and they r the ones that opened it now I'm stuck with a 500 $ used display vr and they refuse to help me .

I ordered a refurbished PS4 online and it came from this location. Received it today and the console was packaged so poorly. The inside box (holding the console) had one small piece of packaging bubble under the console. So guess what? The console could freely bounce around in the box…and totally crack the fan plate. Thankfully my local GameStop had a replacement in stock, and helped avoid a real holiday crisis.

Gamestop's customer service regarding online orders is a scam. My order was placed on Tuesday morning and shipped out the same night. It was scheduled to be delivered to me on Friday and ended up getting lost in the mail. I called and talked to two separate gentlemen who both informed me that not only could I not speak to a supervisor regarding the issue but proceeded to tell me that they would not refund the shipping cost for the late arrival even though they guarantee this. Do yourself a favor, do not buy anything from them online.

This has to be one ofthe worst online purchase experiences I've ever had. Be warned!!! Dont buy their online clearance items! I purchased a collectible statue that they had on sale on their website. Buried deep in there policies it says clearance items not eligible for return or exchange. Well, obviously I didnt see thatand would assume they would sent me an intact item. Man was I wrong. The item came to me broken. Called customer service only to get the runaround and basically told that I'm stuck with a broken item. Wanted to speak with a supervisor and was told they were in a meeting and would call me back. That never happened. How are you going to sell customers broken items with no option for a replacement? Because of a ridiculous policy? Never again. Gamestop finally lost me as a customer.

GameStop robbed me.I made an order with GameStop threw the online service for,"Resident Evil 4 remake". That was April 24 that the game was released, GameStop charged me for the purchase, today is march 13 and I still haven't received my order or a refund, after multiple attempts and no small amount of patients I have been givin a confirmation from GameStop they refuse to refund my money or replace the product ordered. Claiming that the carrier they chose is the party responsible(FedEx), FedEx is claiming without any proof that the product was delivered. I work from home, specifically from my garage in front of my home. I was home the entire day of April 24 and did not receive any packages from fedex, going threw the red tape set forth by the carrier and shipper both whom do not any responsibility for the terrible customer service that I have received have left me without my money or product. Literally robbed from both acting parties. I'm telling anyone whom will listen, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GAMESTOP, THEY ARE THIEVES. They have stolen my money and refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing. The manager of the customer services, David, employee number C114538 personally informed me of his inability to perform any corrections of this matter. GameStop has stolen my money without any explanation or acknowledgments towards wrong doing, they purposely ignored my request to get a refund and are dragging their feet when given every opportunity to make this right. GameStop and FedEx are thieves do not by from GameStop do not use FedEx. You will be robbed of your money and will not receive any compensation. You have been warned. Both parties refuse to give any evidence towards their actions and they will put the blame on you. Both GameStop and FedEx have given the indications that the fault is of my own negligence, somehow I should have Done more to protect myself from their actions? Complete disregard for customer service. Do not buy from GAMESTOP I can not stress this fact enough, I will never be a customer of theirs again. Never. This is after years of being a loyal customer.

Today received my 2nd attempt to deliver a playstation aim controller. And both times received a move controller instead. I have to drive a 66 mile round trip back to gamestop again! For the 2nd time now. I purchased this on jan 8th and have almost invested $100 so far in fuel. Also spent over an hour on the phone. If you need a new warehouse manager im available. Atleast i have experience in a warehouse, and know the difference between an aim or a move controller. Whom ever is labeling the items are incorrect. Too bad it wasn't a playstation 5 sent instead.
