Mike Dumas did a great job working with me on a beautiful pre-owned 2019 Tahoe. I had enjoyed it for just a week when it developed a significant issue that they could not have possibly predicted. Without going into the specific details, I will say that Mike and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND to remedy the issue (at what I expect was a considerable expense), took care of me quicker than promised in a way that was BY FAR the most convenient for me and charged me nothing. On top of that, they never asked for a review (most dealers today won't lift a finger without pushing for a great review... Mike never brought it up, proving the sincerity of their service.) I've purchased a lot of cars since my first in 1979 and have experienced good, bad and everything in between. I can honestly say, Mike and Freeman have have impressed me like no other.

Everything was as expected. Started on time, finished on time, did what they said they'd do. What else can you ask? This was the free first service but the pay for service is priced right so I'll keep using them as needed. Good dealership. And I almost never give 5 stars for anything.

I took my 2021 Sierra 2500hd for a simple oil change since this GMC dealer is close to my office. The service agent (Bryan) was very professional and communicative and explained to me that he recommends a tires rotation for $10 more which I agreed to. A couple of hours later he called me to let me know that my tire sensor is not working anymore, I told him that when I left the truck all tires sensors were working just fine, he acknowledged that but still mentioned they can do nothing about it even though this happened after they manipulated my tires. I received a call from Jeff (Service manager) just to have him repeat what Bryan said and (rudely) tell me that even though my truck has only 56000 miles and is 2 years old, he will not be responsible for my tire sensor that stopped working right when they worked on my tires, and then (rudely again) ask me if I want to pick up my truck like this or have them change my sensor and charge for it.I'm definitely not happy with the level of service and the way Jeff talked to me as a customer and this was the first and last time I am using Freeman GMC.Ooooh and the picture I am attaching is to show how "my washed truck" was looking when I picked it up.

The worst service in the world, I got a Yukon brand new , since the first day, I have a problem with the radio screen, the cameras doesn’t work, I bring the truck to the dealer 3 times and the problem still there, the first time they told me that the problem was the software and then the screen, I bought warranties, that supposedly I have rent car , my wife was there waiting for 4 hours, because they don’t have a rental car. Today she picked up the truck and the problem still there.

The dealership made the sale, stress-free and hasslefree. I felt very comfortable with both the salesman and the finance manager, and didn’t get the feeling that one would usually get from your typical Sales guy. Everybody at the dealership were very kind to us, but I especially want to call out our salesman and our finance man. Both allowed the transaction to go with ease, no confusion, and just a general good experience.

This is the first dealership I have ever been to where I felt like they were honest and helpful. Chris & Todd helped us so much and made car shopping a breeze. Todd was very helpful and patient, he showed me all the features in my new truck. I would always recommend this dealership thank you!!! :)

Had them at 5 star, but, got to change my review.. didn't have a appointment, drove up and told the service guy I needed help with a issue that I had taken care of at another dealership. He said well, it cost more at this dealership and I would need the receipt. I said well can't you look it up. I guess he didn't, so no help for me because I didn't have the receipt. Oh well. I knew it had to be to good to be true about them. Customer service is a zero for not wanting or trying to help...

Fred Sower was an incredible salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and transparent throughout our interactions. Fred had everything ready to go and provided excellent support in getting me taken care of, set up in the truck and continues to check in to make sure I have what i need. The whole team did a great job including the financing and paperwork. Great team!

I had an amazing experience at Freeman Grapevine, GMC! Mike Dumas - help me online I absolutely was apprehensive about buying some thing I’ve never driven or seen before. He had to finance Guy called me. I already had my financing set up, but they got me a better deal. He didn’t pressure me or hassle me and gave me an iPhone plug-in so that I could safely drive home using my CarPlay. I am over the moon!! I’m so blessed to meet y’all at Freeman? Thank you so much!!

Fantastic service, no gimmicks. We visited many Houston area dealers that left us feeling like maybe buying a GM vehicle was a bad idea. We called Fred Sowers at Freeman, told him what we wanted and he gave us a no - nonsense price. We drove the 3.5 hours to pickup our new vehicle and it was well worth it to deal with friendly respectable people.

Lost complete faith in this dealership. Took my car in for a simple repair and diagnosis. Told it was fixed and was REQUIRED to pay $1700 prior to receiving my vehicle. Drove 5 minutes to realize it WASN’T fixed. Took it straight back and they called to tell me their initial diagnosis was correct yet it needed an additional $600 repair. They didn’t read my initial phone call issue not read the envelope with my key enclosed that stated the blower problem I was having with my a/c. I told them their initial repair wasn’t my problem and was told “it could have been” the reason your a/c wasn’t blowing. Asked to split the cost of both repairs and was told no by Jeff who claimed to take it to his superiors. They also apparently said no, they weren’t willing to make it right for me. Terrible customer service and will tell anyone and everyone who will listen never to purchase or repair their vehicle there.

Completely satisfied and best experience ever! With a very busy schedule, I was in the dealership a total of 20-30 minutes to purchase a new Yukon Ultimate. While the staff was gracious, it meant everything to get there and get back on the road quickly. Thank you…..Fantastic experience!Stephen J.

Ordered a Denali Ultimate 2500 that took 4 months to arrive. When it did they made completely disrespectful trade in offers on two vehicles presented. The truck I ordered is currently selling for 10k over MSRP so I believe the offers made were not in good faith. They were only an attempt to get me to walk so they could sell my truck for more. This would have been their second 100k car sale to me this year but I'll never be back. Not the way you do business especially with returning customers.

We love Edgar and he was very polite and attentive. The waiting area is quiet and we were there in the morning so the coffee machine was a pleasant surprise. I enjoy lattes and this machine made good ones! The bathroom was clean and the experience was very fast and efficient.

I am absolutely blown away with the care and support that I was given by Rick. He is so knowledgeable about his product and took the time to determine where my product knowledge was, so he could teach me starting from where I was at, instead of from the 'beginning.' He was fluent and prompt with everything from having my requested vehicle ready for test drive when I arrived, to navigating paperwork, to scheduling my pick up after make-ready. After going to other dealerships where they couldn't tell me the difference between models or lost my drivers license after a non-test drive, it was a blast from the customer service driven past! THIS IS A DEALERSHIP THAT MAKES CAR SHOPPING EASY! Pat in finance is not to be forgotten: he was fast, friendly, and fantastic, too! ❤️??
