I've been a part of this community of moms for years. (I started when my first child was just a couple of months old, and my youngest, a preschooler, still goes with me.) The workouts and instructors are outstanding and really get you moving. The workouts can be modified to any fitness level. It's a welcoming place for moms and their kids. The playdates and moms' nights out are lots of fun! There are indoor classes at Grapevine Mills and outdoor classes at Parr Park. Both are great locations.
